If you have your own tools. Oldschool way of getting the tire on the bead is to use a rope or strap around the center of the tire. Helps to inflate tire. Also, if you are in a bind offroad. Stuck. You can turn your drive tire into a winch with ropes or straps.

I’ve been following you since you had less than a 100k subscribers and just so you know, and if you care or don’t, I’m extremely disappointed. I live not far from Henderson and because of one man’s decision once again we’re trying to be divided. Even after all the videos and time stamps shows one thing all you hear is racist bs. I guess the backwoods bigots have somehow become smart enough to invent invisibility or used mind control to perform a hate crime. Because at no time was anyone seen with him making him do anything. It’s a horrible thing that has happened to this young man and I feel sorry for his family. 24 years ago a very close friend took his life in the same manner. The situation is hard enough as it is. Nobody, not the family or the community needs this to be dragged out. Let the man rest!

Play time is over drivers. Truck drivers are being attacked by illegal gangs. No one is talking about it. Driver in truck next to me attacked in fresno and pictures I seen at work were from Amarillo. Time to lock and load. We need to shut down the trucks and protest this illegal invasion.

Thank you Alex for helping Javion Magee family find answers. So sad that this happened to him. A young man traveling those dangerous highways providing products for our country and making an honest living for his life to end like this. The video with him coming out of Walmart he seemed happy not like a person you think would delete himself and I don’t believe he did that to himself. I appreciate you Alex for all you do. RIP Javion. My son is an owner operator. Thanks to all the truckers out there for your services and stay safe. 🙏🏽

6 years experience 2 flatbed, 2 tanker, 2 reefer. I always have rope in my tool bin among tapes, tools and other things. I used rope a lot doing flatbed (never for securements). Tanker I used it to tie hose down to the rail they're stored in on the tanker. Doing reefer now I don't usually use rope but I always carry it and I have had to use it for example last year I had one of those fucking trailer side skirts falling off on a trailer I was picking up. ( Only empty they had on a D&H) I used the rope to secure it until I could get to a shop.

What are the reasons to suspect foul play? What’s the evidence? I’m confused about what is being investigated. Before driving a truck I worked as a counselor. In suicide prevention training one of the warning signs that we are taught is to look out for people giving away personal possessions or money. Him giving the homeless man $228 is a red flag to me. I pray for his soul and his family’s healing. 🙏🏽 FYI, according to census data, Henderson, North Carolina is 65% black. 🤷🏽‍♂️

This job definitely is not for everyone.. you need to be able to deal with periods of solitude and the everyday things we face .... You also if you're married or in a long term relationship.. you need a strong bond / support from your spouse/ partner / whatever .. if your significant other can't deal with you being gone for weeks at a time .. and you're dealing with depression or other issues .. it can and has as we know strain relationships and end in divorce .. not saying this was that drivers situation.. anyway Ive babbled enough .. but yeah if you're considering this job and will be OTR.. you need to mentally prepare yourself and make sure you can handle it and also your family has your back and support etc .

Sometimes it's the guilt and shame that prevents them from accepting that they let their family member down. Some families be so toxic that you drive truck just to get away but then they still haunt you on the phone or social media. It can be unbearable and when they have pushed you over the edge they be all crying like they don't understand what they did or what happened. The truth of it all is between him and God. I sure hope he didn't have a family like that and it's genuine but people be ratchet. Especially when they want something and you're out making money and doing better for yourself and they want you to carry their load while they sit on their ass in their ratchetness. I've pretty much seen it all and it's hard for the guys out here that are nothing more than an Atm to their wife or GF or family. Then they cry because they lost their cash cow. It's hard when you're male and it's harder when you're a black male. ~a white woman

I have never used rope in any commercial driving. He worked for KLLM , they do not have a flat bed division. Unfortunately, whatever was bothering this young man made him sacrifice his own life. Sad to say they need to look at what was going on in yhis young mans life? Drivers suffer from depression and do crazy stuff. But him giving a homeless guy $228.00 is a red flag for me. Then going to a hotel? Did he sign a lease with kllm? Maybe financial issues? Police need to contact kllm and get the truck footage! Company will only keep footage for so long. Then they deleted it.

sadly it just sounds like what it looks like. i can understand the family not accepting their family member would do such a thing. its easier to accept foul play, especially when people are whispering in their ears trying to fit an agenda, then to accept what it is according to the timeline and videos they have. props to PD for having such a detailed timeline, you normally dont get that. dude gave what he had away for a reason, last good deed. what made him get to the point where deciding this was his only way out of whatever hell he was going through, we'll probably never know. it couldve been depression, debts mounting up and not seeing a way out, we'll never know. some people forget we're literally still just coming out of 3 year lockdowns in some places. mental health is very bad in this country. watch over each other out there. if you see someone down, say hi, good morning, or something at least. might help someone not feel alone out there

I think the most jve given was $400 to a homeless guy at the greyhound bus station...he never asked me for anything and didn't look homeless and we just were casually talking while waiting for the bus. I had just won that $400 at the casino the day before 😅. He got on his bus which was not my bus and I handed him the money and wished him the best. I've paid my electric bill in an office and overheard a woman trying to negotiate her $300 bill that she couldn't pay. I paid it for her. I think I might have given out thousands over my life time and sometimes it finds it's way back to me when I need it or I get favour in a situation. I serve a generous God so whatever amount that comes from my heart that's what I give. God loves a cheerful giver and if it causes me conflict or anguish then I also WON'T give Maybe try it and increase the seed that you sow because you can't take it with you when you go and we're all just a blown steer tire away from meeting our maker or being worm food...whichever you believe. 😅

This is so hard..... so much to unpack. Especially as i see this. Im a flat bed- no rope. I dated someone who committed suicide 2yrs ago... she talked to me candidly and told me how she would do it. I told her parents as she moved 8hrs away. She did it. Magee was way to happy walking out with the rope in hand. Not the body language of someone wanting to die. Unless!!!!! He was feeling happy looking forward to the pain being over. Magee ate food... again not what youd think a person looking to end it would even consider. Magee gave the person 228$ seems like he said i wont need this. Now the needed questions- Has he EVER spoke of suicide? Was he clinically depressed? Was he depressed as family members would know? Did he have goals? There are just so many questions. Kinda strange the rope was tied 14 fkn times!!!! To me this speaks foul play. What about other surveillance footage near by? Other people. What was his body language walking to the wood line. Did he have rope in his hands walking to woodline. Time frame walking to woodline and him being found. Person who found him, why was he there? Definitely the easy dismissal is suicide.... Im not sure of that. Too many open questions.

Sorry to hear about this. But the way our industry is and JB Morgan says our industry is going to get worse for the next two years. It’s becoming more common now because drivers are stuck in leases that or in the stress on our industry they feel that this is the only way out. More and more drivers our doing this that you don’t hear about.😢. Drivers we all hit rock bottom but a family and a great spouse support and your faith you can get through this. Remember we’ll won’t get rich from doing this job and we can’t take it with us when it’s time to meet our maker. Remember drivers if it gets to hard please talk to someone. Be safe out there.

Depression is a hard issue to deal with especially for truck drivers. Being away from family and loved ones can take a mental toll on someone. The feeling of being responsible for others so you feel you have to be out on the road to provide for your family can be hard. This is why it's important not to take your loved one for granted. Reach out to your family and call them on the phone and talk to them. Even if it's for a few minutes remind them that they matter and you love them and y'all look forward to seeing them again.
