Term limits something I support but I don't think will actually fix much honestly my opinion. I mean honestly if it was a solution could we who elected them not set term limits ourselves? Even middle of the roader's are now so influenced by decades of propaganda that what you think of as middle of the road was considered corrupt or even evil just a few decades ago. Which is basically judges who corrupt the judicial system to benefit themselves and those already in power, by selective application of laws to those they don't like and selective nullification for those that they do. Two tiered justice *will* cause a revolution eventually, but middle of the road people no longer believe in the blind application of laws to behavior, but rather now believe that race and gender should be major (if not primary) considerations.

California just removed prop 13 limiting property tax to 1% of value frozen until refinance or sale. Million dollar lots will force many homeowners especially coastal properties to sell and leave this blue state.

The problem is the amount of research that is required to dig up the past of these judges and other public service nominees. Cruz must have quite a number of staff digging up these essays and court rulings to find out what these nominees really stand for. The pressure would be on to fill vacant positions and hundreds will get rubber stamped through without Senators like Cruz.
