Isn’t the Supreme Court supposed to be independent from the desires and wants of the President? This is why all judges who were appointed by the President must recuse themselves when ruling in a case dealing with the President. If they didn’t, such ruling should not have any validity. This is also why I oppose our practice of judges being appointed by the senate and confirmed by a President. This defeats the separation of powers. All judges should be appointed by a majority vote by the people, and should have elections and reelections every number of years (I suggest every 8 or 10 years). Here we see a clear case of the Trump controlling the courts.

Not really considering TikTok is an outsider that doesn’t play to the same algorithm the others have. Mark Zakerberg is the one lobbying to ban TikTok. He wants to have a monopoly. This is why he bought WhatsApp. The same is true with google. They bought KZbin. If they hadn’t, creators could have a bigger cut of the pie (maybe an 80-20 split). Creators making money on these platforms is techno feudalism - they own the land, but you work it, and then you have to pay a ransom.
