The unfortunate thing about these movies is that they will be seen as “kid movies” immediately and won’t be as big. Same thing happened with The Marvels, it was seen as a “girl movie”

I guess it depends on if the people watching it are judgemental. I really don't understand that type of thinking. The Marvel universe is huge and there are all types of heroes and villains represented through out the comics. So it makes no sense trying to make the movie universe fit into some toxic "these movies should be for straight men". Heroes come in all forms. Those who want it to be just for them are missing out on a lot.

I am glad it’s a show. This younger heroes seem to work at their best story-wise in these tv shows. Kate Bishop and Kamala Khan are both characters you can feel invested in. We got to watch some of their developing. And now Tommy, too. Whereas Cassie Lang… yeah, I feel like her story so far has been not much there. Now, interacting in a show with those characters we know AND others we just barely have glimpsed so far… they grant each other believability. Which in a continuing tv shows, would let us fill out all these individuals in our imaginations. It’s why the A-Team worked as a tv show in ways it never could duplicate in the movie versions. It’s also why Matt Murdock as Pete’s lawyer was multi-title Marvel storytelling at its very best. Once they build up these previously introduced heroes like this, including them integrally in the soft reboot’s build up will be so satisfying to watch and invest in.

I'm glad the show is being developed now and not prior to 2023. around February-March is when Marvel started to make there claims that they would cut back on their releases, and since have noted that they now develop tv shows they way they should be developed, with showrunners and pilots. Although we did get a Skaar sighting at the end of She Hulk is Marvel going to roll with him as well? There is Hulkling in the comics that is part of the team but that all ties in to the Kree-Skrull war and Marvel might not want to drag fans back into the mess of Secret Invasion unless we have gotten a Teddy Altman character somewhere in the past MCU under a different name?
