I don't drink any caffeine and it was so bad for me, but now at 50, it's gone. I wanted to give you hope. I had to sleep in a sports bra for a long time. It felt worse than when I was pregnant. This too shall pass.

I wear no antiperspirant at all. I only get smell from one armpit and I use a baby wipe throughout the day to smell good. I love your vids. I don't drink coffee. Oh I had bad book pain for a few years. I'm 50 now and no breast pain. Yay. My periods have stopped and I feel amazing these days. I feel I'm on the other side.

I use plain old baking soda instead of deodorant and it works amazingly well, better than any deodorant I ever used! Just have to be careful with dark colored tighter fitting shirts b/c it can turn white under the arms if you use too much baking soda. Thanks for the great video and advice!!!

This is very interesting. I have always had breast discomfort but it has gotten more intense the last year or so. I did talk to the doctor and she wasn't concerned. What i thought was interesting is what you mentioned about antiperspirant. My pain is almost always my left breast and I am right handed. I am going to look into switching to something else and see if that helps. And drink more water. Thanks for the video!

I have found that evening primrose oil has been helpful.. Eileen are you aware if it raises estrogen? I can't find a straight answer. Thank you 😊
@AvogelCoUk Жыл бұрын
Hi Lindsey Yes EPO can be helpful, especially in the perimenopause. We've not found any specific indication that it is directly oestrogenic. Sometimes, supplements can help support the body generally and this can then result in better hormonal balance. Hope that helps! Best Wishes Eileen

Just wanted to return here and leave my experience in case it will help some one. I was experiencing breast pain in my left side and the whole area surrounding it was tender to touch. A Vogel mentioned antiperspirant as a possible cause and I decided to stop applying 9 days so far and all the pain is gone! I was beginning to think worse case scenario due to the pain so perhaps try stopping applying it and see if that helps you.

Is breast pain normal in post menopause? Or it’s related to costochondritis? Thank you
@AvogelCoUk Жыл бұрын
Hi Shirin You can still get breast pain early post menopause as hormones can still be fluctuating for several years afterwards, however, this should ease over time. Could also be related to costochondritis, bad posture and wrong fitting bras! Best Wishes Eileen

Hi I'm really sorry but we cannot give advice on individual prescriptions, if you are worried about what your doctor is suggesting, please do go back and ask them to explain in more details what it is likely to help with. They will also be able to tell you if the medication is the best for your particular circumstances Best Wishes Eileen

What if HRT causes your endometriosis flares to come back? I feel I have no options for relief. I’ve suffered from endometriosis flares for over 34 yrs and it’s barely starting to go away. But now I have peri menopause symptoms, however I am afraid to take anything to trick my hormones because I’m deathly afraid of the monthly endo flares.
@AvogelCoUk Жыл бұрын
Hi You can treat perimenopause symptoms individually without hormonal medication or you could seek the advice of a Herbalist and they can formulate an individual treatment plan for you with support. Best Wishes Eileen
