I started helping people how to connect to this principle of UniversalEnergies. I meditated lots when young (at least it was also inner Journeys where you do connect to your inner self) but it was not before studying TCM studies, ThaiChi and then growing into 'becoming' QiGong to understand especially the practicality of that full spectrum. I had practical teachers learning to apply this 'principle' into daily Life (never vacuum cleaning without myself being plugged in as well:) I am 62 and have no pains anymore and can switch it on with ease no matter the circumstance (it depends only on my healthy will wich sometimes lacks for all those reasons we all know:) But the addiction of the 'good' helps to kick you to do more. This teaching here from such a Master of Energy about those energetic principles is healing-ly powerful. There is no word found to describe once you understand - how this will fill a reservoir of infinite Energy you can activate on your demand. As longer we practice as quicker the connection will happen and one day you are open for it all the time - as soon you let it. It is as you let your real Self driving your car. Your (inside) Being becomes so much stronger - especially with adversity to see clearer through the real outside and it will anchor you. The flow of Intuition and creativity will increase and help to live your real Be so much more. The TAO of Being. Thank you Master Shi for sharing🦋. @@stunnedmulletblah9714 ha - meaning being always (in as often as we can/like/want) in a QiGong state: Healing Energy in and Tension out. It is practicing having a correct posture, this helps connecting the mind with the gut/tan tien physically and easier to top it with Energy flow - try it. This can be used during all activities (Vacuum cleaning was just the fun part our teacher used) not only on a Wednesday night in a class. I realized two things by learning about HealingEnergies combined with structural studies and functional breathing- there is a symbioses: Body and mind connection needs an aligned vehicle (our Body for this Life) and this is at the same time 'grounding' us. When I am aligned physically I can align easier with the Energy source (god, Universe or you name it) When we learn to be aligned, all the Energy can flow freely through and re-generate all the cells. This feels much more like a full Body experience. Sorrily nobody is really teaching this little details. It was not neccassary in the past. It is also a helpful step being connected into a farther out reaching Energy field. And of course intention no doubt -not to forget. 🌈2023!!

Thak you Master Shi Yeng, Excellent, yet one step missing. In the introductiory part You have mentioned speeak of exchanging old, used energy for new one from thew Universe. Yet the breathing techniques involve inhaling into the centre or structoure and with exhalation directing it to the parts of the body. And how is the used energy living ourbody? Though only 5 mins breathing techniques skills is very good for my daily routine. Because ShiFu HengYi 's method how to breathe deeply and complete the form as upper torsos , lower structures and both arms with Shi strength .He explains very details. Contract and loose the ways is very helpful my existing workouts as swimming, runing , aerobic, yoga and everything, and also my internal structure, good sleeping, calm and peace. I gain this benefits I want to share😊

Wich way is the best way with breathing? I see you use only the nose for breathing. Always thought inhalation through the nose few seconds pause and exhale through your mouth.
