I have been doing intense kettlebell workout for years, and at 52 I finally decided to make yoga practice a part of my life. I first found your 22 minute full body video and did it several times to see if it was something my body could withstand. Even with a kettlebell background, I found it challenging, but wanted to make it a part of my life, not just a physical pursuit. This program is exactly what I needed, and I also appreciate the breath work aspect of your teaching. I wanted to thank you for dong this and let you know how much I appreciate it.

🙏Bodybuilding and MMA wrecked my body. At 35 my body needs flexibility, balance, suppleness. I really appreciate the good vibes you both are putting out into the world. Really strong foundation in yoga, meditation, breath work, intention setting, and mantras. I feel like this group can hold me accountable and create a daily practice. I see you, I appreciate you. 🙏

During this global pandemic we have all lost so much so I am really trying to focus on what I’ve gained. Had it not been for the current situation, I may never have found your channel or this programme. I am so very grateful that I did. I’m on my fourth or fifth round of the programme, I’ve lost track. I love every second of it and while it can be challenging for me at times the loving, gentle approach that you take to teaching, something which radiates through the screen, always draws me back from that self criticism and I find I can do things I had told myself I couldn’t. I wanted to say thank you to both of you. You have had a profound effect on me. I have done yoga in the past but never connected with a teacher or a practice like I have with your content. One day, I’ll move on to the more challenging programme but I’m happy to keep working through this. I hope you both stay safe and well. Sending lots of gratitude and love your way from Ireland 💚

Thank you so much for this! just finished day 2 and I’m enjoying it so much already. It’s my first week practicing yoga too and I couldn’t have asked for anything better to start with :) psd: thanks for being so detailed at explaining things like “you don’t need to look like us in the video”, “you can vary the pose according to your body’s needs”, etc. It’s really helpful to have a better context of everything without assuming that we already know anything. Also, all these breathing exercises are totally new for me and I find them so relaxing and satisfying. I’m learning a lot. Thanks guys 🙏

I was struggling to establish a new yoga practice after a spinal fusion last year, as well as an impingement in my right shoulder. When you came up as a suggestion I decided to give your 7 days embark series a try. I have enjoyed the two practices I've done thus far, and I am surprised to see what my body is still capable of after the ordeal it went through for years. I am looking forward to continue. hey there breathe and flow - am rehabbing and have many things going on - leg, knee ankle hip, shoulder, wrists.....day 1 and day 2 have both been perfect for me getting back into practice, especially today the shoulder mobility that opened up aches and injuries and was soo so good, thank you so much for these great guided classes namaste

i can't stress enough how much of an impact your breathwork and yoga videos have made on my mental, physical and spiritual health. and it's only been a week. i feel more in tune with myself emotionally but not overwhelmed. therapy and medication, westernized and homeopathic, have never touched me like this. that beautiful peace, it's enough for me to cry during practice. i'm in awe of both of both of you. sending you all my love. thank you so much.

This is my third week through this, repeating EMBARK in the mornings, and trying IGNITE later in the day. Todays is a gentle warm up, especially good for me as I have had lymph nodes removed from my armpits, and this has gentle side stretches. These lovely people are so good at teaching.

Just checking in for my own accountability. 4 days in with yoga! My back is already feeling stronger and a bit more flexible. That is huge for me because I will make everyone around me miserable when I’m injured. Thanks again for a change in pace and getting me away from the deadlift and barbell squats for a while.
