Enjoy this pelvic floor activation with the intention to move and shift our energy into a higher creative energy. I have been practicing transmutation for a few years now using techniques like this on a daily basis tap into the limitless creative energy flow that we all have. This is also just a beautiful relaxing session that can help you enter a deep parasympathetic state, so this is for ALL. Much love, Sandy

Am I hallucinating or was that video called something with “sexual energy” yesterday? I remember thinking “ahh that’s perfect for my tantra practice”, I’m going to do it tomorrow and then today I couldn’t find the video.😅

Hi Sandy! Nice one. I felt the energy shift in my body. Esspecially in my lower shakra's. Is it an activation of kundalini energy? Or is it tantric breathing technique?

I was surprised by how much I struggled with the 1 minute breath retention despite handling 2:30 mins retentions in other videos. Prior to today I had struggled with the retentions and the hums but I've realized where my mistake was. I think I was breathing in fully but I was not breathing out fully. Now that I'm doing both with the intention to inhale and exhale fully, I'm able to do both the retentions and hums without feeling intolerable air hunger!
@Bunno.menteritual5 ай бұрын
@@HyumanityHow fully you mean, to fore all air out? I am struggling with the retentions myself.
@Hyumanity5 ай бұрын
@@Bunno.menteritual Hard to describe in words! Within the 4 seconds and with a pursed lip, I try to exhale as much air out as possible, to the point where I almost struggle to exhale because I have no air left to exhale. Basically try to inhale as much as possible and exhale as much air as possible within the constraints of this specific practice. I still experience an air hunger during the retentions but not to the point my body is convulsing lol. To give you an idea of when I experience the air hunger, on the 1 minute retention I feel it very close to the 3-2-1 countdown, and on the subsequent retentions I feel it near the 15 seconds countdown. The other thing that's helping me is the practice of non-dual/do-nothing meditation (look up Michael Taft letting the ball go). For me during the retention, I put my attention on my heart and relax my entire body, while maintaining an upright posture, to the point where I can feel my heart beat. An analogy I find very useful is imagining a dog biting a ball to keep it in their mouth, do-nothing is the dog relaxing and letting go of the ball. Or you can just clench your first really tight and then let go, the latter is do-nothing.

@@Bunno.menteritual Argh, for some reason my comment got wiped. Basically, inhale as much air as possible and exhale as much air as possible. Max inhalation in the 2 seconds and max exhalation in the 4 seconds, to the point where you cannot inhale or exhale anymore. I still feel slight air hunger but it's not to the extent my body is convulsing lol. To give you an idea of when I feel air hunger during the retentions: for the 1 minute retention, I feel it near the 3-2-1 countdown, and the subsequent retentions I feel it near the 15 seconds countdown. can you do a breathwork to feel safe in your body?
@seanras404628 күн бұрын
Hi Sandy, two questions: I] This video seems to do the major part of the breath hold after exhaling and a smaller time after inhaling. But your other video on sexual transmuting inhales and holds breath for 75 seconds: kzbin.info/www/bejne/m5vWdI2Np7trhrM. Are both correct? II] Can you share breathwork to increase sexual energy in men - like quickness of getting turned on and increase in sex-drive? Thank you for all your content!

Nose filters air and air goes deeper into lungs - avoid mouth breathing unless you have a cold
