Brendon's 3rd point - Block times to work. This is super duper important. Once my mentor told me this and to repeat the following every day ... "My schedule is my saint" :)

I loved the video but the main thing I have to say is - omg that black shirt at the end really brought out the best of your complexion, you should wear it more often. I think it just matches your hair and therefore frames everything between your hair and your shirt. Great. And it even brings out your grey eyes!

So true for me. The things I don't block Time for do not get done. I know this and still struggle with it. When I loose my Clarity and Enthusiasm those things I once was excited about fade away. Thanks for the reminder I need it.

oh god, all of this year, since on middle school, i'm always listening to myself and never listen to what other people says, i do trust myself about what i'm doing, and i don't care if maybe i'm the weirdest and dumbest person who just doing what i want to do and always ignoring teacher and senior says when i'm on school or college. i just dumped my 4th semester to make my life a bit refreshed, i need to run my todo-list, and i need to fill every empty space in my mind, after about 4-5 months absence, i do feel really amazing after doing what i want and what i need to do for my own life. i think i just a dumb or weird person which dare to do a risky thing like that. but today, when i'm looking at youtube subscribe update, i see this video, and i thought that "Grit" is something related to web/application framework, but whoa... i've never thought i just step my foot into this amazing video, and i just figured out that what i'm doing on my previous semester was right, even that was a bit risky but now i'm feeling really great, and ready to step forward to my 5th semester. i'm really grateful for subscribing you, thank u so much

How do I stop caring about what people think? After every social encounter I tend to spend days thinking about how stupid I was or something embarrassing I did or said.

It takes time. You just got to adopt a mindset that it really doesn’t matter what others think of you. It really doesn’t tbh. You’re living your life; not them.

i really like your videos ,i just finished highschool and i lost my passion about science because i played a lot of video game because everyone is using me as a tool even my parents i nearly have to do all housework because i had break for exam so i play video games where someone xan accept me because i am good . i dont know how to say no to requests because they are my parents i also feel uncertean anout the university i got into science university but i always feel guilty about not choosing priest school everyone told me i am not good enough to become a priest . Now i am so confused and dont know what to do next i am just going with life i am sorry about my grammar i am bad at english but i hope u will respond to this because i really need your advice.
@Logical_Motivation8 жыл бұрын
Your very young and it's okay if you lost that love for science. Everything happens for a reason and maybe your suppose to go down a different path in life. Pay close attention to your day and always stay in action and things will start to pop up. I hope this helps you!

Brendon always say,the power plant dont have energy.. It create it! We dont have happiness,we create it. Be happy that you can serve your parents,in Chinese there is a saying that if your parents brought up with proper care(like food,education,house maybe the computer you use or smartphone to type this),repay them as much as you can. Be Happy in everything you do! Priest School is your chance,i am guessing we are both christian. You and me should know what the Lord says. Pray and be grateful! God is good,all is well thru Him. Even if you are not interested in Science,there are people who cant afford to go college. Be grateful bro... Chill and pray..
