I have a Raccoon visiting my orchard and told my wife he has to go. Did you ever eat one, I asked ? She replied very staunchly No! And I am not about too. I told her they are pretty good roasted and I hadn’t had one since 1964. Glad its meat is not gone to waste and that some folks will still eat and enjoy them. Just had myself caught in a NO BS beaver extreme on Saturday, got myself in a MB 750 last year. It happens. Nice catch, not you but the beaver
