Since Joseph translated the aforementioned scriptures, he was well aware of the priesthood ban and made this statement: "The curse is not yet taken off the sons of Canaan, neither will it be until it is affected by as great a power as caused it to come." Joseph Smith. April 7, 1836!!!

Among the many pearls of great price that Jesus blessed us with, Jesus (on several occasions) advised that “By their fruits, ye shall know them”. All of us believe this sage advice… in theory. But in practical application, so many justify and excuse bad or even satanic behavior, even trying to merge good and evil to make sense of incongruent belief (which is called cognitive dissonance). So here are the indisputable facts; Brigham Young married and lived with 56 women ( one of which was 15 years old when he was 44 years old), was divorced 10 times, had 4 wives who disappeared without a trace under suspicious circumstances, had 57 children (40 of which were estranged from him by the time of his death). Now there is a righteous man. This is the character traits God wants in a prophet of God!

He doctored papers, and he murdered people who opposed him. The Church is still true, the Book of Mormon is true, and Satan will do all that he can to destroy it. If you will look at the Church as a whole, it puts forth mighty good fruit! Mormon people are as a whole-wonderful people! They have strong families, work hard-do service for others. Bishops and Stake presidents, work for free. They believe in the Savior, and strive to be like him. Satan works hard to bring down goodness, and this Church is good. The entire LDS mess is built off pride, self-righteousness, and eternal lost. That Mirmons think their Bible is the Bible invites hellfire. LDS are blocked from finding the true Jesus of the Bible because of its de-contextualization by their leaders. Taking the name of the Lord in vain deals with the sin God demonstrates least willing to forgive: IDOLARTY. Idolatry is what the doctrine of the LDS is based in. The necessity for rituals ended with Jesus and is prohibited in Collosians 2:14. If it 's not of God, then who? Satan. Jesus Christ "Blotted out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way and nailed to his cross." Colosians 2:14. Paul continues to explain that the power of Jesus, effectuated the end of following do's and dont's, as the standard for righteousness. Spiritual power is free andvooen to anybody, church affiliation has zero to do with the doctrine of salvation. The Mormon's are bound inside a potent and scary lie. Belief in Jesus Christ himself, is the only source of having your sin cancelled. It's called grace. With this the Holy Spirit takes up residence on you. No priest of authority needed. Jesus is God's final authority. The Bible is authority.

The number of individuals who recorded the event totals to 125. Sixty-one of these are first-hand documents, including personal journals, autobiographies and direct testimonies chronicled in Church publications. The remaining 63 are biographical works by family members or historical compilations.... Witnesses recorded their testimonies from various locations: some still living in Nauvoo, some throughout Utah ranging from the northern to the southernmost tip, some into Idaho and the Arizona territories, and some locales as remote as the island of Tubuai. Any expert in analyzing witness testimony would tell you that it would be IMPOSSIBLE to have a consistent story with that many people and spread over continents for that length of time if it were just a “myth” or “folk lore”.... Many records did not survive the trek west and so people had to re-record their experiences later. I am sure that getting to a barren desert wasteland and having to build homes and plant food for survival made record keeping a lot more difficult!” Kimberly Watson Smith." D. Michael Quinn, sums up the immediate response: There were contemporary references to Young’s “transfiguration.” The Times and Seasons reported that just before the sustaining vote at the afternoon session of the August meeting, “every Saint could see that Elijah’s mantle had truly fallen upon the ‘Twelve.’” Although the church newspaper did not refer to Young specifically for this “mantle” experience, on 15 November 1844 Henry and Catharine Brooke wrote from Nauvoo that Young “favours Br Joseph, both in person, manner of speaking more than any person ever you saw, looks like another.” Five days later Arza Hinckley referred to “Brigham Young on [w]hom the mantle of the prophet Joseph has fallen.” The diary of William Burton, a missionary who returned to Nauvoo in the spring of 1845, may refer to residents talking about the mantle experience. In May 1845, he recorded events in his diary that had occurred during his absence from Nauvoo: [That which] had taken place during the time that I was out on my mission;-that grevious and hard to be borne. This was the Martyrdom of the Prophet and Seer, and Patriarch, whose voices I could not hear, declaring the truths of Heaven. But their [Joseph’s and Hyrum’s] places were filled by others much better than I once was supposed they could have been. The spirit of Joseph appeared to rest upon Brigham.52 Burton’s use of the past tense-“the spirit of Joseph appeared to rest upon Brigham”-in the context of his discussion of events that had transpired in his absence is significant. If Burton was referring by these words to the mantle experience, he must have heard of the event from others who had been at the meetings. If this was the case, at that early date at least some Nauvoo residents were discussing the incident."

Paul explicitly taught that Jesus is the CREATOR of all, including the angelic realm to which Satan belongs (Colossians 1:15-16 cf. John 1:3). Jesus is thus Satan's Creator, not HIS spirit brother. COLOSSIANS 1:15-16 (NKJV) [Jesus) is the image of the invisible God, the FIRSTBORN over all creation. For by Him all things were created that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things were created through HIM and for HIM.

There are too many Christians who also seem to follow church and not the Bible. There is only one God (total) and YHWH, the Father is He. This woman doesn't have a correct understanding of the facts on the hierarchical levels of authority. For example, she is conflating succession of different organizations of the institutionalized Priesthood Councils out of which the various legal incorporated organizations throughout the early decades of the whole Restoration Movement begun through Joseph Smith, Jr. Another example is that every stake president is called by The Council of The First Presidency and is supervised through The Council of The Twelve Apostles. This example of how little she understands about the hierarchical levels of governance of the Priesthood from which any and all of the organizations that have been legally established by the Priesthood Councils to operate legally under the corporation laws of the United States of America is revealing. In fact, the revelations on the Priesthood in the Doctrine and Covenants clearly say, "..the Quorum of The Twelve Apostles is equal in authority the Quorum of The First Presidency of The Church. This clearly says that, in the organized institutionalized church, both are equal in authority. This Priesthood principle is the authoritative basis for the succession of The Quorum of The Twelve Apostles after the two Smith brothers' 1844 assassination. To be clear, I've seen all of the original documents in the course of my employment at The Church Offices in Salt Lake City, Utah, for myself. I'm not saying that the reports of a "transfiguration" are false or true. From our third and fourth party perspectives, I don't see how much anything can be confirmed as mere folklore or history. God never called any prophets in this way. It’s not how Joseph was called. God simply did not call a replacement for Joseph after he was murdered. @@xenuburger7924 By the way, the 12 apostles were not the hierarchy of the church. Their job was to go throughout the world and spread the gospel. Basically, they were missionaries. The hierarchy of the church was the High Council, and the highest person in authority over the High Council was the president. At the prophet Joseph‘s death the president of the High Council was William Marks, he was Emma Smith’s choice to lead the church after Joseph’s death. She specifically stated that the 12 apostles had no authority in governing the affairs of the church. Obviously, Emma would know this because she was constantly in the presence of Joseph throughout the restoration process. Brigham Young was a very shady individual, and he, along with the other shady apostles, were able to create a man-made succession that gave them man-made authority. Thus hijacking the Lord‘s church after orchestrating the murders of Joseph and Hyrum. Yes, it all fits together.
