Congratulations to both of you! Best of luck with BLE ! Create a way, and just do it! That really resonates with me! I just started BLE 5 days ago. So far. I have to say I love it. I do miss my coffee in the morning and evening, but I don’t like it black so I drink caffeine free tea and water. I have a long way to go, but I will create a way and just do it!

@@Brightlineeating This video is awesome. What Bill said, "Make it work, don't make excuses" hit me hard. I'm not in a good physical living space (I keep telling myself) to start a serious BLE life change. But then there's Bill, a long distance trucker in Alaska, making it work with what he has in the sleeper compartment of his truck, a microwave, mini fridge, canned veg, little pouches of protein, & when available, bagged salad (sometimes slimy), and, sometimes, not even that. When he found himself delivering to a remote oilfield camp, the only food offered was pizza, so he's scrapping the crust and eating the topping. No Flour/No Sugar. Ever. Don't cross the bright lines. Don't complain about what you don't have. Don't make excuses. Make it work. What he and his wife have accomplished is amazing in the most difficult circumstances. The BLE Living videos of real people who are living with real problems, real life, sharing their stories, are what sets BLE apart , above and beyond any therapy and groups I have tried before. I have the book; I am watching the videos-- real people who have been through it all... not just the food/weight issues. People who have drug/alcohol/nicotine etc., issues, are getting better with BLE. It seems to be a pathway to more of what you can have. The restrictions just release you from the crap, opening up to a new stronger, self-empowered, authentic human being. I'm watching the BLE Living videos, going forward, slowly, to get on board. Keep up the good work. (-:
