Brill fillet fried in butter | The Crazy Chef

Brill is a very expensive fish, a whole one can make four separate fillets. In this video we are frying a brill fillet in butter (just a little). It is accompanied with some steamed vegetables. Brill is quite a delicate fish so be careful how you cook it, when cooked it will flake away when prodded with a fork.
