Make sure you connect the new water wheels to the system. You only put in a single shaft so far. Also, make sure you restart your biofuel and catalyst production now that you actually have bots using them

When the bot visited the District Crossing, it was refuelling. Bots actively consume biofuel every now and again, as represented by the "basic needs" section.

You Need multiple Observatories to quickly unlock bot stuff and that Earth Recultivator :). The first can go on top of the Gear Storage beside the Bot Assembler. The bot went to the district crossing because that was the only location with bio fuel.

35:03 you could delete all those levees in one fell swoop and then use your technique of moving debris by placing small structures around them to shift them all to the main wall where the beavers could reach them.

To further increase power output, the wind turbines should be upgraded to large size. And more wind turbines should be added to the powerline down to the starting district.

→ Full gears storage, but building more gear workshops? (Gear storage was eventually built.) → 15:03 If you put the bot part factories in a line, you can put the piles for planks and metal on top of them. (Of course, this is also a good location for assemblers, so maybe not?) → Which building to unlock? It currently looks like you are missing builders, so maybe setting up a second builders hut and letting the first few bots work there (until you get enough science for the dangerous buildings) works well. Alternatively, I think lumberjack flags don't need any science for unlocking, and you might be able to free up some beavers to work elsewhere (by having less flags running at all). → One option would be to put the observatory onto the gear storage, beside the bot assembler. I think it would fit from the look with these, and you wouldn't need a separate power line. → With bots working in the industry, you'll need more power and also during the night, so the existing wind mills won't be enough to recharge at night. So you should get a second wind farm, and/or the bigger wind mills (after paper).

If the spaderdock recipe is better, you DO have a huge amount of water you can use. It's be fun to put the farm houses on platforms to keep em not-flooded and have em like beaver-made island making mountains for fuel for you.

The workdays hour is more about having time to do the attractions and crank up the well-beeing, not that big of a deal on vanilla but once you enter mods that gives new neeeds, 12h days is worth it since they will work/walk much faster with a +20~30 of well-beeing

AAAAAAKSHULLY JC if you wanna maximize the tree's you're growing, yuou should build platforms over the water and use that for pathing.. that'll give you the most tree's per space ;)

For gear to bot ratios, in the 18 hours it takes to make all the parts for a bot, you can get enough gears made using 2.5 gear workshops.

39:40 The reason the bot ran off to the district crossing is because it was out of biofuel and had to fill up.

Good episode dude. I’d recommend getting the biofuel production up and running again, and maybe using the absolutely massive amount of flooded space in the map’s corner to increase spadderdock production some. Also not sure if it would look good, but you could throw some waterwheels into the badwater stream downhill of the lido’s and then send the torque up with a bunch of upward gear transfers.

GG. You have a stairway to nowhere. It's beside the 2 new lumber mills that where created last. It goes down but immediately at its bottom is another stairway that can't be access from it.

I think I put that there because I was planning on redoing that path going across the reservoir and just never ended up doing it. We'll take a look at that next time!

I saw you put in a staircase leading down into the side of another staircase at the beginning of the episode. (Right beside your newest lumber mills)I waited the whole time for it to be addressed. Please fix it. P.S. Love your episodes. Keep up the great work!

Why not finish putting gravity batteries when not in a drought? The lower district will barely use the power while disconnected and the upper district will use the wheel power.

if you do terraforming you should put it above the bad water river by the mine as if you need it to cut the rock. also if youre not going to put power in the tree farm river, build housing on platforms in the river its very beaver

haulers and building should be the last things to be bots. if they run out of fuel after just starting a task that requires them to walk a long distance, it will complete the task before going to refuel, and will do all of it super slowly

In shallow water near tree lots or farms, I blast a single space along the shore at various places where water collects; thus extending the time I can grow trees/ food until the next wet cycle.

Since update 5, this doesn't work well anymore - this single tile will lose its water really fast, and won't have a large irrigation radius anyways. So you'd need at least a 3×3 square.

I think it would look nice to blast a small channel behind the bot assemblers to let water flow down and help green up the back side of the industrial area. Add a dam/floodgate/sluice for water level management if necessary.

The reason for 16 hour days instead of 18 is to give beavers time to enjoy campfires, rooftop terrace, and lido. Time to enjoy the well-being things which improves their movement speed and work speed, which should result in more work done in that less time.

If you rotated the bot assembler and scooted it back you would have a more efficient path. Also in the large reservoir just put a few stairs into the base of it and you could destroy anything you want and they can retrieve it from under water. Also the observatory becide the bot assembler will be a nice high location for it

I’d love to see a hard mode on a hard map iron teeth as someone who can’t catch up on the streams! Maybe you could even have us vote on your next map? I personally think the vanilla version of the game is more interesting than getting into mods (sorry) so I like the separation of a modded series vs a non modded series!

7:04 in the next drought, if you change one levy for a sluice you could green a massive part of the map. It would take very little work. By my count max 10 levies and 1 sluice.

I think ther are a lot of lumberjacks you can remove from the forest. I think you forgot to remove the old ones when you built the new on top of the irrigation structure.

3 bot-parts + 2 assembly buildings is good for about 150-160 robo-beavers.

I had to work out the biofuel numbers because I thought potatoes were better, but I had forgotten the crop per block of ground, so got the numbers wrong the first time around. So Biofuel production rates per day per square of arable ground: - Carrots: 5 fuel from 2 crops that take 4.2d to grow, 3 crop per square of ground ==> 1.79 fuel per day per square, - Potatoes: 30 fuel from 2 crops that take 6.2d to grow, 1 crop per square of ground ==> 2.42 fuel per day per square, - Spadderdock: 25 fuel from 2 crops that take 12d to grow, 3 crop per square of ground ==> 3.125 per day per square.

I’m a bit behind in watching, but put your observatory with 2 windmills for power, yes it will only work some of the time but it doesn’t then drain your gravity batteries

Could you put water dumps I your main channel? Would that be enough water to move the water wheels during a drought?

It wouldn't be worthwhile with the dumps, but with enough mechanical pumps it would move enough water to spin the wheels. I don't think that would produce more power than the pumps would use, either

IMO, you have WAY too much gear storage. Yes, you need a lot of gears for mining and bot construction but that means you need a lot of production, not a lot of storage. With that much storage you are going to be constantly turning every spare plank into a gear. If you replaced each large storage with a medium storage you would still have plenty on hand for your needs and then the planks could naturally rebound. As the gears in the medium storage gets used the massive amount of production capacity you have should be enough to refill it almost instantly.

You need to put things on priorities because of how you have so many things lined up they end up not doing any small projects that’s quicker to finish (your water wheels or even the gear workshops). Only saying this because they are more important to even help your bot buildings to be more proficient. PS your newer water wheels aren’t connected to anything.
