A woman was charged for opening fire inside the Bristol Police Department on Thursday night, police said. Police identified her as 51-year-old Suzanne Laprise of Plainville. Probably under-staffed. It's been that way in Minneapolis the decade I've lived here. I see a lot of things living downtown. Takes police sometimes 45 minutes to arrive on calls unless there's violence. Our city council had the force under-staffed long before Covid and the murder of George Floyd. There was an article last week about a guy who went to 3 different police stations inside the city to drop off a wallet he found. Not one office had anyone at the desk, because they are so under-staffed.
