INGREDIENTS LIST
Korma
Small piece of cinnamon
1 bayleaf
15g Sultanas (Optional)
3 tbsp coconut milk powder
1 tbsp garlic ginger paste
Pinch of salt
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 Tbsp almond powder
1/2 tsp Al’s mix powder (add 1 Tsp for stronger flavour)
1 or 2 Tsp Sugar ( Depends how sweet you want it)
1 tbsp honey
8/9 small cubes of chicken
1 Tbsp natural yogurt
100ml single cream
200- 300ml Base Gravy
To garnish add some flaked almonds and some sprigs of Saffron for beauty.
