I managed to get a split of 1:30 today for one stroke at the start of a 1k. Olympics here I come!

Hi Cam, For the benefit of active (but aging...) Masters Rowers in Australia, can you offer more detail on workouts. Eg. Rowing: how many kms per day and type of work rating splits etc. Ergo: rating/target HR zomb es. Weights: heavy/ endurance circuits?? Cycling, what do you do? Cheers, tony i. 🏋️♂️🚴♂️🚵♂️

I just started training again after having broken (don't know if that grammar is any good) my foot. I find it quite hard, mentally, to see that my splits are way worse than before. I know you've had to come back from an injury/sickness, how did you deal with starting all over again, mentally? Thanks!
