I forget what the term for this is, but it's very common - I noticed that when you (the video creator) said the word "vowel", you pronounce the V differently (Russian accent), but a bit later, when you are talking about the "th" sound, you have no problem pronouncing "V". I'm not criticizing you, I'm just pointing it out because it is very common, and interesting how this happens. I think it happens with many other sounds too, where a person can pronounce a sound in a certain word, but not others, depending on the context. Thank You, great video! Your English is excellent, as well as all of your accents.

I got asked if I was Scottish, Irish, Australian and even German 😂. Some were really shocked when I said I was English, because I didn't speak like a member of the Royal Family. A recent study showed that only 2% of people in Britain speak with received pronunciation, but a lot of American's seem to think we all speak like that! Probably because that's how Hollywood and American TV always portray us English.

I'm British. There are no mistakes in your English except we would use present perfect: "if I've written something wrong..." Due to constant exposure to each other's English, a Briton and an American would usually have no problem understanding each other unless the Briton is talking in a strong regional accent.

😂😂😂 quando comecei a estudar os livros eram todos referentes ao inglês americano, lá pela metade até o fim do curso mudou para edições britânicas so yeah, acabado misturando os dois sem nem perceber LOL. O mais engraçado é que antigamente eu não conseguia entender o australiano e depois de escutar mais pessoas de lá acabei pegando, então é possivel! Desiste não, boa sorte ♥

I need to correct the TH-sound here, because they don't use it in the word "brother" instead they will say "brovher". Also, the word duty, is not pronounced like that in British they say "dyoo-tee".
