Should a fat guy weighing 300 pounds set his protein for .75 X 300=225🤷🏽♂️. Seems a bit much

Bruh eat as much protein as you can and move more which equals walk you gotta count calories you eat to many calories your not going to lose weight can't go over your weekly allowed intake to lose 1lb and do this on a consistent basis
