I wanna thank you for making a beginner guide most of these people don’t know what it’s like to start from scratch and they pretend everyone knows everything. I'm down 65 lbs still got a while to go, my progress has slowed a lot due to actually getting dates and going out I'm still on the decline just enjoying life a little bit more I appreciate you brix!!!!! Thanks man you've changed my life and no telling how many others.

Should a fat guy weighing 300 pounds set his protein for .75 X 300=225🤷🏽‍♂️. Seems a bit much

Bruh eat as much protein as you can and move more which equals walk you gotta count calories you eat to many calories your not going to lose weight can't go over your weekly allowed intake to lose 1lb and do this on a consistent basis
