Nice Clean install, and like you say it prolongs the life of your engine.

Awesome video as always. It’s been a while since I commented on a video. I am getting a catch can for my Type R soon. Looking forward to your new videos

Good video. I have used catch cans on my GT350's and my GT500's I also had one on my 5.0 Harley Davidson F150. Was not sure about the Bronco 2.7 because of the port and direct injection. Well, you video just proved that I need to drop one on. I'm sitting at 11k miles now, so I just need to decide who I want. FP's, Mish, or the RXT solution.

Id say all those brands make quality catch cans. I would decide wether you want a dual or single catch can system.

So do u lose oil in the engine. So do u have to add oil? If it losing oil thru the catch can?

Theoretically you could say you loose oil in the engine, however it is so negligible that as long as you change your oil at normal recommended intervals that it wouldn’t cause an issue of not having enough oil in the system. Ive ran catch cans on most of my vehicles and never had an issue of not having proper oil levels or having to add oil due to a catch can being installed. But if you want to have peace of mind then just check your oil levels every few thousand miles or so.

I found that CCV side does not have any oil in catch can ever. If I knew that, I would go with one only

If you watch till the end you’ll see I had oil in the CCV side. But having that added benefit of catching any residual blowny is still worth it to me.

@aussie1546 the miles i put on it between install and the after was all highway miles so there was no hard driving involved at all and it still caught oil.

no its not when you can build one for $50.... the missnomer is they protect both sides which is false... the dual setup remain working while under boost and its not necessary since you dont stay in boost 24/7

To each its own! This dual catch can system in my opinion is still a good quality product that I was willing to invest in.
