@elainehenning13872 жыл бұрын
Exactly. Why not give that poor woman and her family peace. Let them lay her to rest. How he sleeps at night knowing she is dead and hid away. All these murderers who are already convicted of a crime and serving a life sentence what is the point of keeping secret where dead victims are? Show the deceased respect, let them be found so they can have a proper burial and the families can have closure knowing their loved one is taken care of. This lawyer is taunting a family publicly for his own gain. That should be a crime.

The framework for justice between the 'lawyer and client privilege' in that pocket of the world is marred. If someone is an accessory after the fact and they are not forthright with that information then that is a crime and it is immoral. Lawyers should be there to help their client present their case and navigate the legal system. Sometimes law enforcement genuinely makes mistakes. They present the wrong facts. The lawyer is there to present the client's case, not to keep dirty secrets making them an accessory after the fact. This could be made more graphic than it is but it is not going to be. Imagine the scenario of a teenager hiring a lawyer and telling that laywer of their plan to shoot up the protected species in a wildlife conservation park. That would be a criminal offence but the teen wants the lawyer to help them to stay out of jail. The teen also tells a pastor because they think it will make themselves feel better. What should the lawyer and the pastor do next? Are they privileged enough to say nothing and consequently feathers fly? Or should the lawyer and the pastor tell law enforcement so that law enforcement can ask some questions, gently ruffle some feathers and potentially avert a senseless loss of feathers and more. Are anyone's consciences becoming clearer? Just think, if one person did the right thing with information then there is one witness . Surely not enough to establish what is going on in the matter? However on questioning by law enforcement, the teen confesses to their plan to shoot up the wildlife conservation. Now there are two witnesses to the matter, and proper help and counsel can be provided to the teen to avoid tragedy. But let's just say that the teen totally denies ever having talked of such a plan and that teen totally lies instead when formally questioned. Is there only one witness to the voiced bad plan now? Is it fair to convict the teen on one witness or should the matter be established on the testimony of two or three witnesses? But perhaps the teen had their feathers ruffled during questioning and then changes their mind and chooses not to shoot up the Conservation Centre. Alternatively, cast your mind now to imagine if a tragedy did happen. Imagine if thirty witnesses were needed to establish a matter in court. Surely that would be tedious on society? However surely it is wise to be quick to listen to all yet only use the testimony of two or three witnesses to establish the matter? If for example, conservation staff were called in to court and local patrons were called in on jury duty and the trial was a long and rediculously expensive and time consuming court case about a tragic incident, then could the case's needless complexitied cause difficulties where some feathers just drop? Do you get what is being asked here?
