Seriously tho, anyone hating on Bruno, have you heard his music or watched him perform? He is keeping the old school flavor alive. Much of his sound and showmanship is clearly carrying the torch for the RnB/Soul/Funk of the good old days. Dude can dance, he can sing and plays several instruments. As far as new artists goes, he is the closest thing to Prince that this generation will ever have....

@@paulcosta5854 Yes that’s very true. Bruno’s music is definitely a mix’n’match of old music but there’s no denying he’s a great performer. Iv seen Prince live 3 times and Bruno once. Prince was on a level Bruno would only dream of.

young white elites, clueless about anything before their 20 some years on the planet. Here we watch Morris Day and the Time schooling 'EVERYON'E' about what the real FUNK sounds like. Their loss, notice you don't hear much from Bruno Mars these days, he's a talented kid with a love of the funk, but much of his work is sampling, , not that anyone in THIS audience would know what that means. Funk ruled the 80s. 😉👍 Morris Day band is live tight, and funky

The time ripped it! Morris and Jerome exactly the same. You could see the generation gap. Most never heard this before . You could tell the ones that knew it, loved it and we're dancing in the isle's. They rocked it. The time was then and still is bad ass! You can't hear jungle love and remain seated.

How right you are! Incredible that Bruno had the “sheer guts” to get up on that stage, knowing full well the criticism he would undoubtedly receive to try to “cover the extraordinary Prince, but he did it anyway!” Real courage! Bruno knew full well there is only one “PRINCE!”Thank-you to Bruno for not caring what anyone thinks or says or “texts”🤣 & deciding to do this tribute ...,,,” ANYWAY!” The reality is... sadly, PRINCE IS GONE FOREVER 😢, NEVER TO RETURN! Thank-you to the amazing Bruno for bringing the “music of “PRINCE”back”, even if it is so very briefly!” Loved this tribute!!!! Congratulations to everyone participating in this tribute!❤️
