Brushy bill could speak Spanish. He was the same height as billy. Has the same eye colour as billy. He had one ear bigger than the other like billy. He described the inside of the house where billy was ‘killed’. He passed a facial recognition test by 93% which is enough to send someone to prison for a crime. Both sheriffs who were also present at the ‘killing’ said he killed the wrong person.. one at the time and the other on his death bed to clear his conscience. Pat Garrett never took a picture with the body.. which at the time was a normal thing to do when killing an outlaw. His book ‘the authentic life of billy the kid’ has been found out to be nothing more than fabrication and lies. The evidence supports brushy bill.

I'm a New Mexico resident, and I actually believe Brushy was Billy the Kid. I never believed the lies that Pat Garrett shot and killed Billy, I won't ever believe that. Thank you for sharing your research and videos.

Brushy bill spoke Spanish perfectly Billy the kid only had a month of school, none of the letters from Billy hand writing matched pretty much saying he had people to right his letters for him, Brushy had identical scars that Billy had, I believe Brushy was Billy the kid, but that's my opinion 😉

In September of 1876 Jesse James and the Dalton gang were on the run and passed through my great grandfather's ranch in SD. They tried to exchange a couple horses with my great grandfather and grandmother and my great uncle Jake, as a couple of their horses had been run to hard to long. But my great grandfather told them all the good riding stock was just sold and they only had unbroken colts and wagon horses . Great Grandma made food for them and they paid in coinage . Great Grandfather said a sheriff and a posse of about 15 to 20 men came through the next day from MN and asked if they seen Jesse James and his gang as they described. Great Grandfather said yes! We made food for them and they had slept in a field south of the barn. Great grandpa even described the fine horse Jesse was riding. No one knew it was the James gang until after the sheriff came asking, because they had no way of hearing things like that. They had no telephones, no tv, no radio, only a newspaper in town that was a days ride from the ranch.

brushy was not illiterate,and could talk fluent spanish,he kept a diary,difficult if he cannot read or write,and it was jesse evans,who eventualy told that billy,and jesse were still alive.deputy poe told garret,it was not billy he had shot,Thats because it was all planned.Easy to do back in the 1880s,jesse attendended his own funeral,and carried his own coffin.Pat &Billy were friends,pictures to prove it.they were not known as big casino and little casino,for no reason.super facial recognition,will eventualy prove,brushy was billy,and J frank dalton was indeed jesse.Think about it?,1880s,there are few birth certificates,and very few records,you could move from state to state,on a monthly,routine and change your name,then you are who you say you are,there were no ID cards,No proof of identity,and many other people could look roughly like you?You could be a few days ride away,from where you just killed somebody,even pictures in the newspapers were artists creations,of what billy looked like that,and back then you can see a man who looked like that,all around the US,The reason many cannot accept that the press storys and photos,is because you did not live in 1880s america.Easy to change your appearance and name,jesse was the master of that.

No brushy never claimed to be a member of the James Gang. He did however say his Father rode with Frank & Jesse James. I don’t understand how ppl can question his claim of being “The Kid” even after he knew Jesse Evans a notorious figure in the Lincoln County War. He also knew a man named Frank Dalton who came out as Jesse James before Brushy came out as The kid. If Brushy was as some naysayers say “a fake or fraud” how did this man know “Frank Dalton” was Jesse James long before he came out? He was friends with him for over 70yrs I believe he said in an interview at the gathering where “Frank Dalton” came out as Jesse James. Also naysayers like to say he was “coached by Morrison” well how did Jesse Evans know to tell Morrison “hey Billy The Kid is still alive and lives in Hico Texas but not as William H. Bony or McCarty but as William H. Roberts!?” The naysayers will never wanna argue the true facts they just like to argue the dates that brushy had hard time remembering but I don’t think Brushy was concerned with the dates not to mention he was old and had been through a TON in his life. Imagine being the 1 Wild West outlaw that the whole world has heard of. Imagine seeing all the magazines, books, tv shows, movies over the years and here you are sitting on a bombshell just thinking “if they only knew” I’ve honestly always believed he was The Kid. Especially after reading Alias Billy The Kid & Billy The Kid an autobiography. It’s just sad that the majority of ppl who had the chance to see the man in person laughed him off as a fake or as a crazy senile old man. If only a Time Machine existed bc the stories the man could’ve told I would’ve listened for days.

Another good book on this subject is I Buried Billy by Paco Anaya. Bill was buried in New Mexico but not William H Roberts we know as Billy the Kid. Pat Garret shot the wrong man.

You are very close my friend! ..Billy worked a farm in MI ...It is true and he fathered children! -So its been said!?...As for the J.James claim! Ask his grand Son..!!!...These stories were all magnified by some truths and deeply exaggerated by people making money off books!...Lets just say deals were made even back then it may be in the best interest of a few parties 2 make one!...The people on the farm were well aware of who he was and people could keep secrets a lot better in those days! I do appreciate you! Billy had quite a life and was well traveled! He liked his Native and Mexican woman! Media really made and ass out of Brush Bill .....Yet the truth is coming out in the wash!!! History will prove you valid!..
