Brussel Sprouts and Bacon

I just got some brussel sprouts, never ate or cooked them before but wanted to try them and while searching for an easy recipe, I picked yours. It's simple enough for my liking. I already have everything but the bacon and vinegar. After I get that tomorrow, I will be cooking this. Will do a follow up. Thanks

I did this recipe on Friday for my catering job. I steamed them frost and they where on hit. Everyone love them even the people that don’t eat them. I did put a little mango chutney very little and all me and the flavor

Because bacon creates grease, I don’t think spraying Pam is needed but this looks yummy!

Why would you use PAM?! It's BACON! It renders its own 'slick'! Looks good though!
