Forgot I did before but didn’t do as good. 30 lbs for all. Lost count of rounds maybe 3 or 4. Shoulders and grip are smoked.

I searched for Dumbell upper body excercise, sort by rating... and your video came up. Lets do the excercise... then I would comment further. Update after 5mins: I stopped because I have round dumbbells and doing push-ups on those dumbbells is not safe.

Yea I would definitely advise against doing push ups on round dumbbells. An alternative would be to use books so you still have that elevated surface and you achieve that deeper push up position, or to do normal push ups as well.
