Holy cow! This workout was the hardest at home workout I’ve programmed yet! Today we hit an 18 minute jump rope and dumbbell workout that will have you drenched in sweat really quick. All you need for this workout is a dumbbell and jump rope, but if you don’t have access to a jump rope, I show you some alternatives instead. 3 Rounds
75 Jump rope (Alternate option 75 Jumping jacks / 150 High knees)
10-20-30 Devil press
10-20-30 Cossack squat
Remaining time of the 18 minutes
Max burpees

Wow! My lungs were on fire!! I managed to get o Lu 20burpees at the end. Did the wod with my 30lbs Dumbells. Great wod sir! Regards. 💪🏻

Hudson, thank you for keeping your workout Real! Much appreciated. I could see the fatigue kicking in on the second round. I was exhausted on my first attempt, but didn't stop till the end. Great video and work plan. Cheer mate!

Agreed. Great workout. I'm not in the same nick as you, but I think I will give this a go tomorrow morning. Love to be able to get to the stage of doing one burpee at the end.

Just found your channel about a week ago and have been enjoying your at home workouts! I'm getting more wods done at home now than I did at the box before the pandemic! My score for this was 13:36 and 52 burpees, but I scaled down to just 8lb dumbbells because I wanted to finish before the 18 mins was up. Thanks for the motivation!

Hi Roberto, I would workout 2-3 times a week for you're a beginner. Then over a a few months increasing the amount of days per week as you become fitter and adapt.

super. sweaty! I have 52 burpees with 15kg DBs. But did JJ not the DU. I like the no_place_for_rest workouts
