Even though these are a killer for your glutes, a workout alone wouldn't make any noticeable results if isn't combined with a structured diet aligned with your goals. You need quality nutrients in exact portions to make sure your body will regenerate all these damaged muscle tissues and not store unnecessary fat in the process. I'm following dietarizze fat loss meal plan for three weeks now and my boyfriend already started complimenting my body 😊Great video Heather, keep up the good work!!

Was happy to 'discover' this gem that I'd missed previously and Wow - what an intense sweat sesh - those 10 sec rests were fine for the first half but phew - it turned up the heat on the 2nd part! Dripping with shaky legs!

Heather, I’m lost without your workouts. PLEASE PLEASE consider doing sessions that consider injuries , like a series for an injured ankle please 🙏🏻🙏🏻. I just want a serious workout like you give us with all your normal wonderful sessions, but it’s difficult if you are injured and want to stay super fit.

Woo! I had to get my mind right for this one! Leg workouts just take a whole other level of mental strength for me to get through them. However, I surprised myself with this one. I did have to take slightly longer breaks in between to switch out my weights, but overall I could see that my lower body is getting stronger. Definitely need more outer thigh and glute work in my life (as much as I may want to avoid it). 🥴😅🙌🏾
