No sandbags here. I finally cleaned out my daughter's closet, which she left 8 yrs ago, and found ankle weights. Gotta love your mom, she finds your treasures and now they are hers....LOL This was a sweat sesh and a booty burn, Thank you

Heather, I've been doing your workouts for 3 years now. I recently had foot surgery so cannot stand on both feet. I've been able to keep exercising using (and sometimes modifying) some of your upper body, back, ab and glute exercises. I was worried about not getting to exercise my thighs and then found this 'Leg & Booty' video. It's wonderful! My thigh muscles got some much needed attention and I didn't have to try and stand to do it! Thank you so SO much! I bet you didn't even know your workouts can help out us injured peeps!

This is really one of the best leg workouts on KZbin period. Every time I do this I’m activating muscles that I can’t when I do a dumbbell workout. My legs always feel so toned afterwards and I definitely feel the burn the day after. I hate this workout but I always know I when I finish it my legs look 1% better. Thank you Heather!

Lmao I hate it so much !! Bc it's HARD as hell!! But it's the only glute workout I've found that works. Use a bfr band, and teust me you'll have a crazy pump afterwards

The burn is REAL!!!! It's a good sign when you can actually feel those muscles working. Heather's workouts are the only ones that have given me any sort of booty at all. I am very grateful for that.

THE BEST leg weight workout ever. My ankle weights have been gathering dust for years. Please make another one. With the run on any and all weights you can still find ankle weights in thrift stores and sport stores. Loved changing it up and the burn.

You know, when I see exercise vids that are predominantly done on the floor, I have the tendency to write them off bc my energy levels tend to dip with floor exercises... but this really is perfect for those days where you just gotta get that final burn for the evening and you’re watching game shows like I do lol. I’m gonna start bookmarking these and adding them as an extra boost to my routine.

I have a patellar condition and am so grateful for workouts like this. I can't even do low impact workouts with static squats or anything knee weighted, and it's so frustrating coming from a place where I used to lift and spin 4 days a week. Maybe more like this for us trying to keep toned and in shape despite frustrating AF conditions. Thank you!

TBH, I was skeptical about getting a burn...but I wasn't getting any burn from weighted squats so I tried this workout yesterday. Today my entire legs -- all around -- feel tighter and have a pleasant soreness 😅 thank you for this workout!

This is awesome! Last year during the first lockdown I discovered Heather´s channel and enjoying different workouts ever since. I am 47 years old and tried to figure out how to best stay in shape, gaining more physical strength and flexibility. I love this workout without ankle weights (will buy some soon) and it brings fast results. I love to combine in with 10min abs and add some more yogic stretching in the end. Thank you Heather!

I have been taking care of myself so much better this month. Doing the calendar workouts consistently after my work day is over in combination with yoga in the morning and Pilates in the evening after the calendar workout. Did this with a resistance band -ooooww

I finally got back from a month long Europe vacation with my boyfriend, and now I am all along with my only girlfriend Heather. :) Thank you for awesome music(can't help it but "dancing" while laying on the floor) and a black wall is my fav background. I would like to see exercises to make my knees slimmer. Sometimes they look fat to me lolz

I’ve been looking for home exercise ideas to focus on my hammies and gluts to counterbalance my overloaded quads. Never even considered ankle weights! This video was a good focused leg workout and has given me ideas for loading my posterior chain a bit more. Thank you!
