I agree with one of the viewers. Your video are one of the best I have seen, if not the BEST. Your method, and timing of each lift are perfect and deliberate. Your instructions are clear, detailed, and extremely helpful. Thank you for not rushing when demonstrating and describing key points. You are a true professional!

One of the best explained workout routines I've found so far. Instructions and visual demonstrations are extremely clear and waste little time with zero rambling or excessive detail. The exercises are all a lit different than the most common variations and they feel good once you find the form which is easy thanks to the Obi Vincent's no-BS communication skills. I need a dumbbell substitution exercise for the trx Y raise, but that should be easy enough to figure out. Liked, commented and subscribed!

Today is November 04 2021. I had a difficult time finding this Workout from 4 years ago since so many wimps cried about it being so tough, OBI replaced it with a current. watered down version. I just completed the original with supersets giving m it my best shot with 20 Lb dumbells in my home gym in tropical sunshine, and I feel great. I am 78 years old on Social security so you younger dudes suck it up and set the time aside.,
