A few points which i feel i need to reiterate; this workout is what I prefer doing and i'm fully aware there are lots of other ways to train BUT this is my preference when doing bodybuilding style training at the Crossfit box, and works perfectly for me! Not everyone trains at a commercial gym with resistant machines and cables and this is why i started this series to show that you can still train to add size with minimal equipments. Also the intensity will be different for everyone however the aim is to train till Failure i.e if i put 12 reps on a workout then pick a weight that you will struggle to reach 11 reps, find a weight that challenges you but NEVER compromise form. (I don't do Deadlifts on Back day, i save that for my posterior chain workout). So please take what you can from this video and hopefully apply some of it into your training. Alsooo happy to announce my BreaktheMOULD hoodies and tees are live -> obivincent.com/apparel/ :-)Thank you so much for watching and the support as always is appreciated 🙏🏾😀

Obi Vincent brilliant video from the production, good shots & a logical walk through of the workout it's self. Kept true form, You explain how each element is supposed to feel & what muscle is targeted, also had a nice way of delivering advise... I do have to point out *(don't want to be "that guy") but you kept saying "vertical to the floor" when you meant horizontal to the floor (performing the ring rows).. I am looking forward to more videos! Can't wait for the channel to grow.

If I had to choose only ONE equipment to use in my workouts for the rest of my life, it would be the rings...hands down. The versatility for upper body workouts is (and will remain) unbeatable. Rubber bands are very versatile as well. Both cost a dime. For the back, you don't need much else than chin-ups and pull-ups with bent over rows.
