Your workouts provide so many variations from the normal exercises we're familiar with. Just a thought, I think it would be a good idea to suggest to your viewers to reduce the number of exercises if they're either a beginner or intermediate trainer. If a beginner tried one of your workouts verbatim, they'd probably feel really demoralised at the difficulty they would have with all the volume, and also at not be able to use their bodies properly for a week or two! As an advanced trainer you appear to thrive and enjoy high volume workouts, but it would be way too challenging for beginners and even intermediate trainers. I think it's worth mentioning. Obi, your knowledge and form is absolutely superb. Thanks for this great content, I personally learn plenty from your expertise. 👌

Where do you get your bands? I’ve never used any for any kind of workout, but I want to get some for these workouts, the bicep/tricep one you posted, and the leg workouts. Love the videos man, tried the legs emom and it kicked my ass. Can’t wait to get some bands to warm up properly!
