Dammit, Preston. James needs to be on more. He has the ability to distill complex issues into clear, concise concepts. Not sound bites, but real info. Was in studio working while listening, and this was distracting! That's good. Also, people need to subscribe to his FREE newsletter. I do want to mention something. I don't think demand in housing is decrease. Buying demand in housing is decreasing as rates rise; actual demand is building and relentless. When the Fed folds and drops rates, housing buying demand is going to skyrocket. Inventory is just not there, and 17% of all housing sales last 12 months were to institutions. George the artist

Japan is in the perfect position (that is; backs against the wall)... to buy BTC with yen. In addition, they could subsidize mining and become the mecca for BTC mining thereby earning and holding Bitcoin on the BoJ balance sheet.
