Bruv you just strengthened my faith as a Muslim when you said you don't want to introspect so you take drugs. You need to read this book my guy... it will resonate deep if you keep an open mind: "O you who have believed, indeed, intoxicants, gambling, [sacrificing on] stone alters [to other than Allāh], and divining arrows are but defilement from the work of Satan, so avoid it that you may be successful."(90)"Satan only wants to cause between you animosity and hatred through intoxicants and gambling and to avert you from the remembrance of Allāh and from prayer. So will you not desist?"(91) - [Quran 5:90-91] "Whoever is guided is only guided for [the benefit of] his soul. And whoever errs only errs against it. And no bearer of burdens will bear the burden of another. And never would We punish until We sent a messenger." - [Quran 17:15]

What weird times we live in ... when I start to like Craig Jones. Jokes aside, he is somewhat a force of nature - and when Craig 'does Craig' he brings a slice of authenticity to the landscape, that a lot of young players need. It's also healthy when we see examples of high-level athletes, displaying the ability to laugh at ourselves. Good man Craig ... wishing you all the best.

43:00 talking about rounds for jiujitsu, is essentially the same as what ebi overtime does. no sub during regulation so splits overtime up into 3 round and if one side dominates then it puts pressure on the other to chase a finish in the last round. personally for me ebi rule set is the best atm for keeping matches exciting and having a decisive winner but obviously there's still flaws so we need these new events like the one craigs talking about to test out new rule sets. Quintet and 10pq team duels are also a sick rule concept

The bit about fighting in enemy territory is a part of being a champion, Volkanovski felt it in Abu Dhabi, the same way, Khabib felt it in Las Vegas the same way Islam felt it in Sydney and the same way Charles Olivera felt it in Abu Dhabi. Viewers in the west are desensitized to that stuff behind a barrier and don't respect the fact that both fighters are actually risking their lives to fight each other. Speaks volumes on how Japanese fans in the Pride days(and probably still) treated their fighters, they always cheered on both the winner and loser at the end and praise them for their courage to put up an entertaining fight for the fans. At the end of the day, respect to those who risk it all.

A little note regarding the amount of trials you can do: You can basically do as many trials as you want, if you have the passports. There is a dude, Dave Stoilescu, who has 3 passports and could do European, North American and Asian/Ociana Trials. (So thats 6 trials in total)

Basically the way it works with ingesting THC is that your liver turns delta-9 into delta-11 in the liver and it crosses the blood brain barrier as a more potent psychotropic form of THC. When you ingest THC often, your liver becomes more efficient at metabolizing delta 9 and you will no longer feel the sedation and fatigue or euphoria from delta 11 - you have to eat larger and larger amounts to "feel it" and this can be extremely beneficial for eating hash for spiritual insight or creativity because you can get the trip without getting the rundown feeling. Depends on cultivar and how it's processed of course...
