Great video like always ...can u think about doing a step by step skin retouching on your whole process in Photoshop for the beginning without using your actions in Photoshop....my favorite shot is PIC #1 , PIC #3 and then pic #2

Great video , But I have a question FJ . Is there such a thing as HSS reflective light ? With the use of a reflector ! I am thinking that with the use of a reflector , will cause some dark bands in the image ! Your thoughts on this . Thanks

FWIW: I've been shooting commercially since 1981; my lighting equip. falls into three ranges, dependent upon subject matter and desired end result/client: speedlights(8), a portable battery pack/mid-range, 400watts, and for the bigger stuff, a 2000w/w pack- in the studio. What I've learned is....POWER, is good. "Better" to have.... Because everything between a bare bulb and your subject is STEALING power and illumination levels. Example: With my diffusion panels on, single head on my 400w/s pack, it's effectively a 200w/s light, because I'm losing a full stop just due to the diffusion. Would I like that f-stop back?; sure...but the reality is, it doesn't work like that; it's a one way street. Oh, and those (8) speedlights?: they equal the output of my (1) medium pack/400w/s portable. Sum: I'd recommend getting as much power as you can afford, (and carry), and then really wring it out in-use, to DIAL in the possibilities. Francisco consistently does so by blending just enough tech knowledge (using a ND 6-stopper) with his mastery of light and posing (and post), to make it all work. He KNOWS. Photography is mostly about not what you buy, but what you CREATE, between your ears. Everything else is just tools to get that idea to life. You're basically always juggling three balls that are subject to alot of variation...Shutter Speed, ISO, F-stop. And all that changes when you go to artificial lighting. The game-changer for me was when we were able to exceed the standard 1/250th/sec. SS for flash sync, allowing for crazy wide-open apertures and super fast speeds. It's a whole new world for shooters.

Nice edit, long but informative, I think sometimes you ramble a bit which comes across distracting. That said i still appreciate the details. Few requests Ii would like to see is, you're dodge and burn process, also how you're using frequency sep for the dress, and maybe selective coloring. Thanks again man.
