Hi. I'm a South Asian. I really can't believe that this will work this good! I have been doing these exercises for 4 days and I have grown 1 cm! I was 146cm and now I'm 147 cm. I did this twice a day. Will continue this till I'm 170 cm. Thank you🥰🥰🥰

I was 151cm for the longest time but recently got measured at 154cm by my physiotherapist. I feel even more motivated than before to reach my goal height now (157cm and above)! A huge reminder to myself to love and appreciate my body while doing these exercises, it’s doing its best 💌🙏 UPDATE: I went for another physio appointment yesterday and was measured at 156cm! I'm feeling optimistic and excited :') UPDATE2: It’s been 4 months. I had progress checking with my physio the other day and I’m 158.5 cm now! I’m sure my improved posture played a part in this growth, but going from being stuck at 151cm to 158.5cm now really exceeded my expectations 🥺 I’m going to keep exercising and see how far I can go 💪💌

@@strawberrymilk3784Sorry for the late reply, I don’t check my notifs! For those wondering, I did this exercise along with part 2 once per day. I wasn’t consistent all the time, missed some days here and there but still saw gradual improvements :) Note that our results may differ as I did have poor posture in the beginning. I wish you all the best 💌

trying this every day for a week to see results (continuing if i dont get to my goal!) Im 146cm (4'8) & my goal is 160cm! (5'2) 13 yrs old, started on 09.06.24 day 1 : ✅ (did struggle a bit bc its my first day, didnt really see any changes ofc) day 2 : ✅ (felt quite good to relax my muscles, didnt notice any changes!) day 3 : ✅ (way easier to do, think ill see results on day 5!) day 4 : day 5 : day 6 : day 7 : remind me to edit this every day! 🎀

For those who asking for age well it works for all ages if you will eat properly. And focus on your goals. Even after 18+ you can grow your height. I was 18 when i tried and i grow 1 inch but due to some health problems i stopped currently i am 20 and i'll try again. My height was 5'2 and when i did exercise i was like 5'3. So I'll say don't give up. First of all it's depends on you and your genes and for genes you can have a good diets. You'll grow automatically.. Rn my goals is 5'9 and I'll try my best. And i hope y'all get your idol height ❤️

Gonna do this! Age: 15 Height: 1.67 Okay so lets start! Day 1✅ (It was a bit hard but still did it) Day 2✅ (I sweated a lot bc I also did other workouts) Day 3✅ (my body hurted a lot) Day 4❌ (sorry, I didnt feel like it bc my body was hurting) Day 5✅ (Seeing my belly is a bit flatter) Gonna do Day 6! Please remind me! ❤ Day 6✅ My mum said that I look a bit skinnier Day 7❌ (bc of laziness 😭) Day 8✅ Day 9✅ Day 10✅ No one reminds this. :/ But anyway... i am 158.75 cm , started on 18.12.2023 (i am 15) ✨day 1 : it was pretty good , my body felt so relaxed after the workout✔✔ ✨ day 2 : my body hurted a lot after doing the workout but i kept going ✔✔ ✨ day 3 : my body felt better and i did the workout again ✔✔ ✨day 4 : my body wasn't hurting and overall i felt relaxed ✔✔ ✨ day 5: same as day 4 ✔✔ day 6 -7 : i sprained my ankle very badly. ❌❌(help guys ) Note: i grew 1.5 cm after doing it for 5 days. Currently i am 160.25 cm (5 ft 3 inches). Wish u guys all the best 💗

I'm gonna be really honest here. This works. Yes damn i was so surprised to see the results. For a year my height hasn't increased at all. I did this for 6 days and damn y'all won't believe but i grew by 2.2 cm 😭😭😭 i did this once a day and daily. Thank you so much for this ❤

hello I am Faiza from Bangladesh. I am 13 years old. I started this exercise on 15th April 2024. a week ago my height was 146 cm. a week letter when I checked my height I was totally amazed! I grew 3 cm taller!! I can't explain how happy I am. now my height is 149 cm. My goal height is 167 cm. I did not give up hope. I do this exercise 2 times in a day. I follow some rules to grow tall- 1.drink enough water 2.jump rope everyday. 3.sleep straight. 4.sit straight. 5.drink at least 1 glass of milk everyday. And drink enough water before the exercise.

hi guys!! So everyone here checking comments to see if it works. Let me tell you, it varies on person to person. If you are a girl below 20 then this is the best body strech for you for you to grow your height. Btw I will not do like some so called people who says remind me by liking they just wants the likes. The one who really wants to grow height doesn't need anyone to remind them.(No hate)!!! Gender: female Age: 13 Height: 153 cm day 1:it was really hard for me and I did almost everything wrong. day 2:as like yesterday it was hard for me but this time I did some of them correctly.(i feel so nice burn) day 3: now it was not that hard and I able to do all correctly. day 4:now it is no more hard for me and I grew 1cm tall!!! day 5: my body gets relaxed and I fell so nice. day6: today I again did before bed and saw that I grew 0.5cm tall. day 7: did this and felt so nice. I'm so happy that I grew 1.5cm that is so much for me because I didn't grew from last 2 months so that is really good for me. and the plus point is my legs got a bit slim. just the key don't skip a day continue it daily. thanks!!!

I'm 18 years old & 186.8cm(about 6' 1.5'') tall boy from Seoul.After i saw this video i followed this guide for last 6 months & now my latest measurement was 192.2 cm(6' 3'').It helped me directly suppressed about 2 inches.First i thought it's because of some metabolism diseases but after had a conversation with a specialist,it was said my bone plate was already reached the limit & the reason i became taller was because. of streching exercises(It doesn't make me taller but when i stopped bending down & there was so called ''hidden height''.)That's it,i love this video.

Ngl,3 times a day in part of my other exercises(Taekwondo flexing & Swimming). Although. my previous height six months ago was 186.8cm(6'1''.5) already perfect enough & i'm just want to erase the part i'm always bending down like a grandpa🤧 but didn't expect i had taller about 2 more inches(192.2cm)🗿.Don't try only these exercises in this video if you want to taller.The reason i like this video was because it's easy to do unlike other flexings & i think these exercises mainly the reason i become taller.❤ Of course,if you are under 20 in age.It was said 18 is the limit of growth but as you see i'm become taller in late 18s without any metabolic diseases.🎉🎉

Hey guys I just wanna say this may or may not work but will work for teens, height is only based on genetics, it just straightens your spine, you won't grow your height (again) is really just based on genetics! But this exercise can also burn fat which is a benefit to your body when performing this exercise :))) Hope this helps!

Going to do this excercise after doing 2 more excercise for weight loss! Day 1- did it.. felt a little hard as all my joints are paining.. Day 2- did it.. ❤ Day 3- did it.. little hard as I do 2 more excersice to loose weight.. anyways don’t give up guys Day 3- did it 🫰🏻 Day 4- got my periods! Day 5- not going to do this but other 2 excercise.. as I’m not feeling doing it and cramps hurts soo much

just so you know, this doesnt make you grow, it just straightens your spine because if youre crouched all the time, you will look smaller so this is only to straighten the spine which will make you look taller but u wont actually grow

@@Wony_- Well I cannot see how exactly your spine is, but most people are actually a bit shorter because theyre crouching, if you dont already do exercises like this then you might be crouching as well so yes, its possible that you look a few cm shorter than you should be because of that

Im 11 and a half years old and im 147cm and my goal is to be 168cm or 170cm today is my first day doing this and i will continue this until december 30 (if im alive inshaallah i will be alive) and i will keep updating you if my height changed! Week 1 : probably 0.1,0.2 or 0.3 cm increased Week 2 : had to pause for some days bc of period but so close to 148cm!! I am 15 years old My height is 5'0 feet And 152 cm So, today is my first day of exercise. Day 1 :- I will do one time in evening and it's was my first time so it's difficult, I can't do exercise/ streching properly but my bones didn't feel pain. I Will try daily and update my information daily. Day 2 :- idk but I can't do 1 and 3 exercise proper maybe these exercises need practice. Day 3 :- now, I am doing exercises right. But nothing change in my height i hope it will change. My body didn't feel any pain. Day 4 :- i didn't feel any pain. But I get to know that I am not doing 1 exercise properly.
