Good video series Mike. I reseal the cork floats in my vintage outboards with 2 or 3 coats of nail polish. Works great. Been working on my 1948 Evinrude Sportwin 3.3 alternate firing outboard. Its a totally different animal and the so called carburetor is a failed engineering experiment. Great fix on the broken knob. I bet a 3d printer could make new vintage knobs to replace those fragile bakelite ones.
