Soooo, this was a lot to unbox for me mentally, and I'm glad to see you guys in particular do this review. It's always personal on your channel. I always feel like I'm hanging out with you guys when I tune in...Sigh..and I digress. I will be purchasing this game. You do a lot of COIN reviews which I love, but I didn't even know this existed until today. This is a controversial subject I respect the designer for having the chops to produce it. I am an Afghan War Vet 2011-12 in Kandahar, so this hits home. I love historical board games, it's wierd kind of being part of one! Ha! Again, I'm glad you guys did this. Thank you, appreciate you both.

Other than "The British Way" and "Colonial Twilight", which are the best COIN games for 2 players?

Liberty Or Death is the other stand out one for two players. Fire in the Lake would be okay, too. But most COIN really have a different dynamic from 2-4 players.

I have this one at the table now, it's pretty cool. Playing all four sides is kind of mind bending. I feel it plays quite a bit different than the other coins i have.

Will you have 4 players? Just pick the one with the most appealing theme for everyone. Both are excellent at max player count, with some "complexities" for almost every faction. Nothing crazy though.

Enjoyable post game debriefing. Was bit cool on ADP, but now considering it as next COIN purchase. Easier as a 4P intro to series than FitL by sound of it.

Yes, no as complex as Fire in the Lake, but still come good nuance to some of the factions for advanced players. I was cool on it too (Alexander) but like I said, 4 player makes this game significantly better.

Colonial Twilight: 1954-1962 Algeria is specifically for 2 players. Two upcoming COIN games, All Bridges Burning:1917-1918 Finland, and People Power: 1983-1986 Philippines are specifically designed for 3 players.

Liberty or Death is one of the best for solo in my opinion. But really, all the COIN games are great solo.

If your referring to the British guy, i think he's from Southampton. Pretty typical southern English accent. If you're referring to the Americans.....then I'm lost!
