In Sweden the insurance would never cover a water leak if you did it like this- by yourself. Still it is a beautiful bathroom!

I think being able to use a toilet at a drop of a hat particularly when one gets older is extremely important. Always have stable buckets available in the case of an emergency one toilet or not enough toilet household. I would have laughed at this advise when I was younger but not anymore...SOUND ADVISE.

Raised 6 kids in a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom house. Naomi is soooo right about the toilet. I’m just thankful the neighbors across the street said the kids could come over there in an emergency, or we’d have had lots of accidents. 😳

This is officially when you went beyond my '"Oh, I remember trying to do that" into the "Cool", "Wow! That's how it's done", "That's nice" and "No, I'm paying to get someone in to do it" territory. I swear I lost weight just watching all of Jack's hard work and stress as he made things 'Just right'. When I grow up, I want to have Jack's eye for detail and ability to get something right. Also, I laughed when Naomi talked about true love over images of Jack putting in a new toilet. It might not be Valentine's Day romanticism, but it's a definition of love that I'll take every second of every minute of every day of the year. Anyway, it was lovely seeing what you're doing. I hope the world is treating you with beauty and respect.

I thought of you guys this morning and came for an update! Well done . Will you make another bathroom to the master bedroom, move the kitchen to the enclosure/ store cupboard in the living room and make the kitchen a second bedroom. It becomes 2 bed, 2 bath flat! Under the stairs you can have the visitors toilet. Great find of a flat. I love it!
