Truth be told, that's actually a Chinese copy that I've been seeing if it holds up. Lol. Thanks for watching!

@@RTTGunsGear Got the same stuff on a franken build myself. It's taken some spills from shoulder height in my basement onto concrete floors, it held up, the Midwest rail on the other hand did not.

@@RTTGunsGearWhere did you get yours from? Last ones I got were from Amazon, and I can't find them anymore. I like the feel and fit of the DD furniture but like anything with them, its priced too high for what it is.

@jw5297 I had a video Idea about (Wish.com) gun parts. Just to see how they fit, functioned, and held up. Bought a DD stock, Glock magwell, extended bolt release for an AR, and an AR charging handle. And I've never ended up making that video..lol. But that's where I got it from.

@@RTTGunsGear lol. Never been to that site. I'll have to go look. I have 2 legit DD furniture, one on my DD rifle, the other is just furniture on a Delton sport mod I've upgraded, and the stuff I got on Amazon, outside of color, it is identical in looks, I don't intend on abusing any weapon but I have had to mortar ARs and I have had the stocks, (NBS & UTG) suffer catastrophic failures. Have gone to BCM since.

I have a Ruger SFAR 308 do you think it will hold up with the recoil. And do you think it’s better then sight mark
@RTTGunsGear5 ай бұрын
@@mma709 I believe Gideon is 100% better than Sightmark. This should do fine. Thanks!

Not too bad. I wondered if the tube would bend or if the mount would. I saw before on FocusTripps channel that he's had scooe tubes bend as well as mounts. I would definitely go with a better mount but the optic seems solid for being more on the economical side of LPVO's. Over the years I've become a fan of Swampfox, Primary Arms and Vortex optics. Primary Arms has some of the best reticles in the business and vortex has some good ones too as well as Swampfox, but all their warranties are good with good customer service as I've dealt with them all. I wonder how this optic compares to the Swampfox arrowhead 1-10, that one has decent reviews on it, I don't have one yet but their Warhawk optics are on par between the venom and razor series of the vortex line. As always thanks Matt for the honest review and keep the content coming brother!

As always, thanks for watching and the support! I've had one tube that I know of (that I could definitively diagnose) bend. And that was the Blackhound 1-8 LPVO

Another solid review! I found myself odfly disappointed when your first shot after the drop test showed a change in zero. But then you realized it was the.mount, and i was oddly gratified the scope held up. No idea why, i dont iwn any Gideon gear, nor stock in the company, nor am i related to them! 😂 Ill chalk it up to good old fashioned American habit if rooting for the underdog, and add Gideon to my "decent budget gear" list. Thanks for the review, Matt.

Not in the market for an lpvo yet but after seeing this I think this one would be a strong contender pared up with a stouter mount
