I spent the week training like I did when I was in my early twenties: working out twice a day and eating over 5,500 calories a day. It was basically: eat, sleep, train, repeat. And I did it for years. But can I do it again? I'm about to find out.

@Nikkolo Machiavelli From a biological perspective as in "The soul purpose of living is to reproduce", increasing muscle size seems to be a relatively insignificant factor in the humanitarian society. However when it comes quality of life as in: Mood, confidence and energy levels, the most important factors (sorted by greatest contribution to wellbeing), vary greatly among individuals. In several cases including my own experience, personal development can benefit greatly from regular excersize including getting ABSOLUTELY HUGE! Greater confidence, mood and energy in turn might lead to better performance not only in the social life but also in academics and all sorts of professions. Therefore the Buff Dude's youtube channel may have a significant impact on the quality of our existence and the development of our technologically dependent civilisation. Feel free to continue this thread on why the Buff Dude's youtube channel is great.

I started lifting because my body itself changed in the summer of my Hs freshman year. Even my friends said If I lifted weights. Which I didn’t. I started in my sophomore year of high school and fell In love with the sport of bodybuilding. My parents on the other hand didn’t approve of this, so it was really hard for me to get a workout in everyday. If I had parents who supported me, honestly I would be competing every year that was my mindset; but now I’m 20 and moved out of the house, I did my own rebirth and started training hard af and eating like a beast again, which as well my parents didn’t let me cook at all. hopefully this year or the next I’ll have my pro card in men’s physique. PS: Buff dudes I watched all of your videos of “How to train each muscle group” I thank you

I know you guys did try cream diet for a while and also you did few videos about “what I eat in a day” or “food prep” video. Would you consider doing something like that for vegans? Are you saved? If not, "REPENT YE, AND BELIEVE THE GOSPEL." THE GOSPEL (which means the Good News) is the news that God Almighty, the Creator came in the flesh as Jesus Christ to take away the sin of the world. He gave up his own life to save ours. His sacrifice on the cross paid the price for our redemption with his own blood. On the third day he rose from dead and offers the gift of salvation and forgiveness to those that repent and trust in him. John 1:1,14 KJV In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and THE WORD WAS GOD. [14] And THE WORD WAS MADE FLESH, and dwelt among us, Isaiah 9:6 KJV For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty GOD, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. John 1:10 KJV He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and THE WORLD KNEW HIM NOT. John 20:28-29 KJV And Thomas answered and said unto him, MY LORD AND MY GOD. [29] Jesus saith unto him, Thomas, because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed: blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed. Are you saved friend? If you died tonight will you go to heaven or hell? Acts 16:30-31 KJV ...what must I do to be saved? And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house. 1 John 1:8-10 KJV If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. [9] If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. [10] If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us. Luke 24:47 KJV And that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem. Acts 4:12 Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. kzbin.info/www/bejne/Z2XckIl_f5eNmK8

Fully agree with his thoughts on all of the information thats available to us on the internet. Its confusing, overwhelming, and sometimes contradictive. Thats why I'm so loyal to this channel. Its just easier to listen to one person. lol
