I'm vegan and this makes me so happy! Also, the Buff Dudes videos on compound lifts helped me out when I just started lifting last year. I've been researching on how to improve my technique from various sources here and there but I will never forget the first few videos that got the ball rolling for me. Thanks guys. I'm powerlifting now. I could now pull 75kg on my deads, 55kg squats (I could barely squat 10kg bar when I started), and 35kg bench, on 46kg bodyweight (I was so skinny last year at 39kg). :)

Only buff dudes could stay there for 15 minutes, and within those 15 min mix the ingredients and bake the brownies for 20 min, and leave before the 15 min were up.

I aint no vegan but this looks hella delicious. I just made this and I was right. My food processor recently stopped working and I would not recommend doing this in a high powered blender. Anyways, why I really wanted to comment was because, GUYS! You've come so far, from just simple homemade recipes in your home kitchen to your own built kitchen (couldnt tell if not srs) all while keeping it entertaining. I love you dudes and hope you keep being successful in the long run. Keep up the amazing content!

This doesn't have to do with the video, but I am cutting down I'm currently 6' 1 " 243 and cutting at 1900 cals I'm loosing from 1-2 lbs a week which is good to me , how can I keep it Consistent? I work out 5 days a week and cardio 4 times a week I've been working out for a little over a year, training since January at 270
@firedrive459 жыл бұрын
you are going to feel like shit real soon if you only eat 1900 cals a day. You should add refeed days where you eat like 3000 calories to boost back your metabolism. If you only eat 1900 cals, your body will soon go into poverty fat saving and you wont lose anyfat, but muscle.
@user-xo2ml4rf9o9 жыл бұрын

Can you replace the cocoa powder with chocolate protein?
@gbin219 жыл бұрын
Yes, why not.
@Hantarrrrr9 жыл бұрын
You could probably go half cocoa and half chocolate protein, but unless your chocolate protein is SUPER chocolatey if you did just the chocolate protein they would probably be quite bland + gross. I'd try going halves and see what happens first.
