BUGATTI vs KOENIGSEGG! Drag Racing the WORLD'S MOST EXPENSIVE CARS

The world's most expensive cars head to the drag strip! We're at Supercar Owners Circle with a feast for the eyes as the most extraordinary hypercars go full throttle on the runway, like the Koenigsegg Jesko and Bugatti Chiron 300+, and plenty more!
The SOC Spain Weekend tour sees the most exclusive and rare cars taking part in an unbelievable few days of road drives, track and drag action. With around 50 insane cars taking part, the line-up includes the who's who of hypercar royalty from the likes of Bugatti, Koenigsegg, Pagani, Ferrari and more. Where else will you see a Pagani Zonda race a Porsche 918 Spyder; or a LaFerrari up against a Chiron Sport, or even a Monza SP2 race a Daytona SP3! That's before even taking into account some of the fast cars in the world like the Bugatti Chiron Super Sport 300+ and both the Koenigsegg Jesko and Regera taking part in the fun too.
After enjoying the action unfolding, it's also time to put the foot down in my Ford GT. First up, it's a cheeky one with @OmidMouazzenHypercars and the Bugatti Chiron Sport, before it's a Ford GT showdown! More than anything else, what a fabulous opportunity to see these cars being pushed and enjoyed.

As I said in the video, I would have loved to but unfortunately the airport rules did not allow somebody to be standing there, and nor were we allowed any movement around the airfield without being escorted. To be honest, I'm really, really happy and proud of what I managed to shoot working within the confines and limited room I was given.

Unfortunately it requires skill to launch them off the line, because there are vids out there showing Chirons being properly launched off the line. But yeah, they need to get their act together regarding the consistency of launch control, as bad as BMW.

Honestly I think the drivers are really inexperienced in using it. I've seen videos of Andy Wallace himself launching them and it's 2.1 seconds 0-100 kmh. I think it even speaks to the drivers' choice of purchase - people who choose to buy a bugatti are probably looking for relaxed daily driving, while people who buy a koenigsegg are looking to use it more aggressively.

Saw SOC in croatia last year and have to say there is nothing like this. Shmee actually waved at me, which is cool. Incredible video. Can't wrap my mind that cars like this are being drag raced. Amazing footage.

This is cool group of cars, but collection of cars in Croatia last year was definitely better, not to mention the atmosphere. This Spain event kinda seams sterile 🤔 Had to say, I met Tim too, and even got a selfie with him and cool pics of his Zenvo on Pag island 🤩

I really appreciate the video-it's fantastic to witness a collection of hypercars in one place. Though respectfully, I wonder about the purpose of showcasing these cars from behind. Seeing the action of acceleration and cars overtaking each other would enhance the viewing experience. I understand mounting cameras on every car might not be feasible, but placing a camera at the finish line could add excitement, capturing the thrill of winning and displaying the gaps between each car's victory.

@@jovantrendmaker4722 Its not all about drag racing, anything over 200km/h no other car catches Koenigsegg. They still holds the worlds fastest LEGIT top run.. And that is with Agera RS, waiting for Jesko absolut now :) Also Regera holds world records aswell, 0-400km/h-0. If anything, they are winning and people can't deny it. :)

@@gollese that's funny, if i recall the Record holder for 0-400-0 is the Rimac Nevera. Also, the Chiron SS is still the Fastest and current speed Holder. Just because they weren't certified by Guinness world record doesn't mean it doesn't counts. And Jesko Speed is still literally only on Paper. They never done the actual run yet, even after 3 years
