My friend has one of these guys, pretty nice amp, has more bottom end than I remember my guitar teacher's JCM900 having. Other than that, they sounded exactly the same.

Nice video. Does the clean channel break up like a jcm 900 when dimed? Or, 22ed..? How do you dime and amp that goes to 22? :-) I had the 1960 infinium for about a week and returned it. The original was better. Just couldn't get a usable sound out of it and even with the Master volume it was still too loud for playing late night or in an apartment.(if you wanted the power tube breakup). Although it handled pedals well so if thats your set up it's great. And btw, this amp is LOUD!

Turn down the gain, turn down the treble, and turn up the mids it sounds like you scooped them. I'm not trying to be rude just some tone tips.

I'm waiting to form my opinion on these. Bought one a month ago. Day 1 played amazing. Day 2 blew fuse on power up....ordered fuses....blew 3 more all within 10 seconds of power up. Currently it's sitting at sweetwater for repair as there's none in stock to exchange it. Hoping it's just a power tube problem or maybe power supply bad. Day 1....Eargasm Day 2.....sadness. my 1st tube amp too. And no I'm some dude just doing negative reviews. I have the receipts to show it lol. But I fully expect it to be fine

@@thunder8585 ya. One of the stock tubes went bad and caused the fuse to blow. But I put some mesa 6L6 in and it's been just fine
