ScottHermanFitness Scott thank you so much! I haven’t worked out in 3 days and I know that might not be i big deal but it felt like the end of the journey to me and I just did a circuit of the body weight routine and that didn’t get me excited, but this one did, but was really scary was that I started making excuses like I can’t do this workout cause I only have 35s but than I said, I didn’t work my ass off for the pass 4 months to be scared of a little heavy weight so then I proceeded to kick this workouts ass with my 35s and I’ve never felt better so thank you so much Scott!!

Exactly what natty training is about . A lifestyle choice ....daily...weekly...yearly . Not some juiced up 3 month program just before summer . It can hurt , it will leave you breathless , but you love it . Coz you want to b healthy and active . Nice video mate . I'm loving the enthusiasm .

Finally, a follow-along workout that looks like something even I can do. I hope I can get myself motivated to do a workout. I mean, since I bought my pair of dumbbells in early April, I've only done 1 workout with them, because I never get the mood to workout, but watching your videos is fun even if I don't use them. The only way I've lost weight in the past year is eating a lot of chicken/spinach salads which is my favorite salad.

The first video I watched from you was the wood chopper cable twist video. Being from Jersey I could tell right away your from the north east. Probably Massachusetts. I could tell you were trying to pronounce your R's harder than your used to for your videos, which is cool for the reason you do it. This is the second video I've seen from you. Awesome as always, Scott!!! I see it's basically doing HIIT in other formats!! I'm a bit out of shape, like I mentioned, being at 40%bodyfat and trying to cut down to 20% as a starting point, with 10%being the overall goal so that I can lean bulk later on. I am on a push/pull/leg split, but will that be good enough for me to dice up faster??? I know you said to stick to 1.2-1.5 grams of lean mass in protein. You gave me your meal plan before, but I lost the link to it as well. Thanks.

Hey Scott, what are your thoughts on the standing Overhead Tricep Cable Extension with the cable/pulley at the bottom versus the Power bomb? This was an exercise a coach recommended to me a while go, but with my recent enlightenment on the Tricep Cable pushdown (thanks to your recent Bad Ass rant video!) I was wondering if it's worth incorporating into my Push days

Thats ok to do! Because its the same as the powerbomb. Its still not a “compound” movement. But you can overload on it a lot more safely than a pushdown for sure.

Just looked through all the comments and nobody asked about the other type of dumbbells... the type I own... (the ones where I change the plates/weights...) -- impossible to do burpees with them... they aren't stable on the floor... any advice?

Hey scott, i am about to be 16 years old. I am in above average shape. I have hit a plateu on my compound lifts (bench and deadlift). I am already on creatine, betator, fish oil, and a multivitamin. Ive been switching my workouts, but nothing has helped. What should i do to break the plateau?

Nice workout but a few stretches is not that great before a circuit that uses weight and has high heart rate, a more dynamic warmup would be a lot more appropriate especially for people not used to training. Know the weights are not heavy but really needs a better warm up, more so with the weighted rotation. Love your vids but this needed saying, keep up good work.
