If pro bodybuilding is not your goal then don’t complicate things and just workout daily, eat in calorie deficit, drink lots of water and just include any protein supplement. Remember people were having awesome physic even before these supplements were introduced in market.

I have one question, its really practical . Even at calorie deficit the weight start to loose but if our body is gaining muscle at same time it shows increase in scale . Which Hinder the weight loss process even after doing strength training. What is the rate of loosing fat and at time we have to control gaining muscle ,but we need to reach the desired weight ? Sir, I have taken DC Gainz pro after watching your video. On second day I took 4 pills before workout and the workout pump was satisfactory but I must warn all the aspirants who are willing to consume it that it has side effects. These meds will increase your heart rate to a very greater extent. It might cause a heart attack to thise who are prone of heart diseases.
