Love the workout! One suggestion is to timestamp the different exercises in your description so we can see them in the video timeline :)

Great video! I did a 50 mile ultra last week and basically learned I did not train down hills at all... or hills for that matter. Going up wasn't a problem, but going down toward the end of my race I could not even walk/hobble due to the pain in my quads! I'm going to start doing this twice per week, plus adding elevation to my training plan (i have to drive 25 minutes to the hills), but I am now more motivated and I think your workout will help me as well, looking forward to trying it out. We have another 60 mile race in Cool California in about 5 weeks to test out my downhill train ing!

Very nice set! Did this the same day after a hard trail run. Hard days hard, easy days easy ;)

How often shouldd I do this workout? I really need the downhill training, trying to figure out how to work it in to my 5 days a week of running.
@VladIxel Жыл бұрын
if you feel like downhill running is a weakness for you, do it once a week, if its not once every two weeks will be fine
