How often do you do strength work?

twice a week "one hard & one low" some times the hard one at the gym

Whenever you post a video, it means a workout 😜.. 15 min is just the right amount of time to not cause a workout cancelation due to lack of time... But, are these all the workout u are doing? No harder ones at the gym? Thanks for sharing your workouts!

I do your workouts 5 - 6 times per week, plus the mobility, yoga or the recovery one after the long run.

@@LiorAssouline im taking the next few weeks easy on training so I have been doing basic upper body strength in the gym but nothing harder for the legs as I'm looking to build strength not muscle

Hey Vlad, thanks for so many great workouts, been following along for a while now. Only wanted to ask, if you had the capacity, could you possibly make some videos of the same workouts but (forgive me) with no dialogue? The explanations and guides are super helpful and appreciated on the first few times, but once you've heard them a million times it just distracts me from the movement a bit. Hope it doesn't sound like a criticism - I feel the same about every workout/yoga video I watch on KZbin! Thanks again mate, Michael

Hey Vlad, how do you decide which of these workouts to do on a given day or week? Do you cycle through them, or do you pick one series of exercises and do them consistently for a block of time? Been going through the workouts, and they are all super useful, but just trying to figure out an approach to them so as to most productively put them to use! Cheers, and thanks!

yeah I saw that too but than he used a different brand ☺️ - we are coming out with Bix Active in few weeks which will be perfect on the go hydration 👌
