as a senior, I began walking on my mini trampoline with wonderful results! I have a stabilizer bar that prevents me from falling, I simply alternate the raising of my heels while my toes stay in place. I get cardio in just a matter of minutes. My lymph system is rejoicing! I highly recommend a mini trampoline, especially for seniors! Thank you so much Dr. Berg for being such a health crusader!❤

I have one too! I love the fact that if you are not as agile as we once were, the gentle movements improve not only the lymphatic system but the cardiovascular system as well. I rebound when I can, which isn't often enough. Alas, as a truck driver, I really don't have the space for one on my truck.

@denisegaylord38210 ай бұрын
@@Suebearish in a fashion. But you stay in place on the mat. It actually stimulates all your muscles, as well as gently stresses them to gravity and then the slight negative gravity that allows for the lymphatic system to move fluids towards your core for processing and removal. It's pretty energizing too. Once you can gain your "legs" and stay balanced, you can add more difficulty by how hard you push down your feet and rise up. Who can be unhappy jumping on a trampoline, 😃

The issue is that is NOT a healthy choice for Human Beings. Vegetarians lack full spectrum amino-acids without a HUGE over burden of carbs and calories. Humans evolved OUR place in the food chain by hunting and eating smaller animals, if you seek to eat like a Gorilla then you need to spend hours chewing and fermenting like they do with THEIR gut biome, but sadly you are cursed with being human.

Dr Berg could you please do more research on fasting. The late great Ray Peat says that keto is good for a lot of people, but once your body is healed from insulin resistance you should increase carbs and reduce fat, as our bodies really run better on glucose rather than fat. Even Dr Mercola has changed his ideas on proper nutrition. Keto or carnivore shouldn't be a life long thing. But a way to get back to normal eating.

00:00 🧬 Glutathione is a vital antioxidant that helps detoxify the body and protect against oxidative damage caused by pollution, chemicals, and other factors. 00:42 💊 Taking glutathione supplements is generally unnecessary as the body naturally produces it, except in cases of Tylenol poisoning where NAC supplements may be beneficial. 01:56 🚫 Symptoms of glutathione deficiency include sleep problems, fatigue, brain fog, mood disorders like depression and anxiety. 02:19 🍽 Causes of glutathione deficiency can include alcohol consumption, low-calorie diets, overtraining, and inadequate protein intake, particularly for vegans. 03:00 💤 Strategies to increase glutathione levels include consuming glycine-rich foods like organ meats, getting adequate sleep, and avoiding excessive exercise. 04:07 🍗 Ensuring intake of methyl versions of B vitamins, especially B12 and folate, can support glutathione production. 04:59 🥬 Vitamin C from sources like raw sauerkraut and leafy greens can act as a precursor for glutathione synthesis. 06:22 ⏰ Sufficient protein intake is crucial for glutathione production, and excessive fasting or low-calorie diets can hinder it. 07:05 🍓 Including a moderate amount of carbohydrates, around 50 grams, can potentially improve glutathione levels by supporting amino acid absorption through insulin regulation.

coincidentally, I began to use glycine last week, and yes, it heelps to sleep very well, not to fall asleep, but to sleep and feel very wel when akakening. It also relax your body and reduce anxiety. I mostly bough it for brain health, but also for muscle, cartilage, and also helps to build DNA proteins. It's the most simple of all aminoacids, and has a lot of versatility, I certainly seeing my skin more radiant, even the armas that were always dry. The problem with glycine is that also used to make glycogen, so it gets depleted easily, so I thuink that we have deficiencies of it, so taking 5 to 10 gms a day is a good idea.
