I found using this style if equipment worked well at the end of chest day with an explosive contraction with a 4/5 second negative. But I don't have a training partner. Thia looks awesome. Thanks Dave.

Its clearly in stock if it says "in stock" , but im not sure if you noticed the whole world is on a waiting list right now. Companies like usps, ups, FedEx are all very very behind due to lack of drivers and warehouse workers. I ordered my ssb yoke bar last week and it arrived today. Might take up to a week or so to receive . ( not to mention if its a big box, they might have to have a specialized route/day for that). Best of gains to you and yours

Probably not elitefts, are you tracking the shipping? Half the stuff I’ve ordered online will “ship” a day or two after it’s ordered but take 3 weeks to get here”

@@Jmack7861 I called about an order and they said to ignore the shipping confirmation email. Didn't take my order number or anything, just asked what the item was and said it'd be 2-3 weeks. Unless UPS is that far behind on shipments that its sitting in their warehouse but I wasn't even given a tracking number.
