Not having benched in months, I'm finally getting my rack and weights. I'm watching all of these videos to get back to basics and ensure proper technique. Thanks to Dave and all of Elite FTS for these great vids!!!

Haha. Was thinking the same. To be fair, the bald guy really needed that advice. I don't know what his max is, but guaranteed it could be 90lbs more if he had stronger triceps and used them more effectively in his lift.

This series is great! My issues are very similar to one of the lifters you are working with and the help you gave him immediately helped my bench. Thank you Dave! I hope you can keep these types of videos coming!

Kinda fell out of training consistently since I purchased my home June before last, and this series has been reinvigorating my love for training. There is a ton of invaluable information in these vids.. Thank you Dave and elitefts =)

You see a lot of Louie protect through the people that Louie touched. Dave is literally paying back all that was given to him and so the legacy lives on

Great videos. Any explanation or solution as to why someones hamstrings or leg might get a massive cramp or seize up during the leg drive of bench pressing?

8:45 Why would Dave not react to the guy using suicidegrip? If it wasn't for the safetybars, and it was a 14 years old kid that watched this and decided to go test his max, thats very risky situation.

Maybe in this case. It has to do with ego and respect of who's giving the advice. I know a lot of woman who do not handle judgement well.

@curtisschultz6613 жыл бұрын
I'm surprised Tate is letting the guy in red T to false grip in bench. Accidents happen more that way...
